LOVE this POS system! We were with Quickbooks POS for 15 years, up until they closed it down. We deal in cash, checks, credit cards and charge accounts. 90% of our sales take place in person in our store. If you have a similar set up I highly recommend using Lightspeed Retail X series.

This scam of a company is the utmost incompetent business I have ever experienced, with zero customer service skills or support and pathetic attempts at over-charging whenever they can. I've had to cancel credit cards and been lied to over and over again by sales reps (revolving door since they can't keep anyone on their teams) and I would avoid this POS company at all costs. Save the numerous headaches and go with Shopify or a brand that is reputable with service that actually exists.
Laura Saxe is absolutely the best Implementation Consultant ever!
