Not only does Mr. Supply have great prices on brand name products, they also have great customer service. On an order where I purchased the wrong product and over-ordered on another, I followed their easy return authorization protocol and they graciously credited my card. They will be my electric supply company from now on.
A spot LED bulbs before but they’re becoming harder and harder to get for parking lot security lighting. I tried to purchase from another company and waited for delivery. It never came and there was no communication later I found out they canceled my order without telling me because they didn’t have what I needed in stock, Mr. supplier I did not do that. I ordered the product they delivered very timely and I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. It’s a sad world We live in today with the shockingly low work ethic and moral compass issues so it’s always a pleasant surprise when a company delivers as promised .

The wrong item was sent. To return it, I would have to pay shipping charges again (I paid shipping to receive the items too). They don't even supply a shipping label. I ended up ordering - hopefully the correct item and paid another shipping charge.

Ordered item on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday overnight. They did not have the item to begin with but did not bother to tell me.
Order an item on Wednesday to be overnighted on thursday. No delivery on Thursday. Call Friday afternoon only to find out the item is not in stock. Zero updating of item status. I asked for it and email of an update and was told it would be sent by 4:30 on friday. No email. I asked that the delivery address be changed in case it was delivered on the weekend to my house. When I am at work on Monday delivery shows up at 12:00 noon. Ridiculous! Customer service is a joke.

False advertisement! Ordered 20 3m 6003 respirator cartridges. These are sold as a pair in one package. Mr. Supply shipped 10 and says they sell them individually. This is absolutely false advertisement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!
