After having a terrible experience buying software from Groupon, I'm thankful to find this company and their reasonably priced software. Finn was also very helpful when I had an activation issue. He took care of it right away. This is giving me the confidence to buy additional product from MyChoiceSoftware.

Affordable Server Licensing and Responsive Customer Support.
The transaction took a reasonable amount of time.
The invoice and purchased license keys well documented, which is a must if you ever ne
ed to perform. are reinstall in the future.
Cutomer Support provide timely response when encountered activation issues and provided all necessary steps to have Microsoft validate and activate the provided keys.

It was a very positive experience as a customer.

Thankful for Finn and My Choice Software

After having a terrible experience buying software from Groupon, I'm thankful to find this company and their reasonably priced software. Finn was also very helpful when I had an activation issue. Awesome customer service

Purchased windows 10 and windows 10…

Purchased windows 10 and windows 10 pro. loaded pro but the key code would not work. Found out through MicroSoft that the key code had already been used. Decided to not even try the windows 10.

It was helpful to me that Alex took the time to show me how use the product... Took the time to let the old guy to try it before we ended the setup...

Just wanted to say Alex was very helpful in the instillation of Microsoft365 as well as helping me understand how to use the product. I had the 2003 Microsoft and of course the was a big difference in the operations between the two.

Help received Microsoft Office 2019 HomeStudent

6:01 AM online purchase was quick and easy.
8:12 AM called Support at My Choice, call was answered right away by "Alex". Told him I had a problem opening my purchased downloaded file because of "Windows S". Alex explained Windows S and helped me fix the problem and start the download.
8:45 AM had to call Support again, with activation code problem (code was correct). Again, it was Alex who answered phone, and after discussion, he spent about 2 minutes on problem and fixed it.
Over-all the support "Alex A." gave was quick, efficient, and excellent.

Outstanding Customer Service

I have used My Choice Software for my M/S Office software purchases for some time now. The product choice and pricing is great. I am preparing a new Win11 laptop and needed office products. Two My Choice reps helped me trememdously. "Kat" helped me with the purchase and download of Office Home and Business 2019 when I found out that the 2013 version will not work with Win11. She helped me through updating my purchase to the proper version. Great Job. "Finn" helped me activate the 2019 and was meticulous explaining to me what he did with a remote session and in answering my questions. Great job as well. My new Win 11 and office suite is now up and running, largely due to Kat and Finn's outstanding customer service. I don't buy software frequently, but when I do in the future I'll look to My Choice Software

Overall great experience.

Overall great experience.
There was not a long wait to connect with a representative. Once connected, despite my limited knowledge surrounding technology, Alex quickly troubleshot my issue and provided a solution. The solution provided was correct on the first attempt. There were waits on the phone while my computer was restarting or downloading programs, during this time Alex was polite, helpful, and personable. I would certainly call again for any issues regarding my services from My Choice Software.

The whole experience started out…

The whole experience started out different. My old Office was a dinosaur and struggled to be loaded, and when it finally did, I think a turtle would have won any race. So, I was glad to see the Office 2019 with a price that I was OK with and it included just the 4 apps that I use the most.

Getting the new product downloaded was a challenge. It took several times to finally get things right. After installing it, I was told that the product had been registered already and the product key that was sent to me would not work. Ugh!

I sent a text for help, and it was replied to within a very short few hour. After doing what the reply text response suggested. It still didn't work. Same error message. Finally, I called and did as was suggested that was to use my phone to get the product installed correctly. And it worked! Yea!

I can say now that I am very happy with the product. It is what I had originally expected. The people that I worked with were patient and spoke encouragingly.

Now - I can say that I am very grateful for the product and staff.

Customer Support is Outstanding

The wait for customer support was short. It was quite a pleasure to deal with Tyler V. today. He was extremely polite, cordial and he was very easy to understand. For the issue with my order, he offered a free upgrade. Tyler is one of the best customer support agents that I have ever spoken with. I'm very pleased with My Choice Software.
