I think the staff, he was polite and respectful and explained everything to me very clearly, and so it was understandable to a person of my age. So anyone who didn't know how to use a computer would talk them through it and offered me help should I need it. A pleasant friendly person and only too happy to help.

I had an accident outside the cafe shop, the person who recommended Tayna to me was Robson, who is also a lovely person, he immediately gave my contact details to Tayna, she called me and helped me, she was incredible, she is a very kind person, she was very patient in helping me because I couldn't find where to sign and she explained everything calmly to me.

My experience with Tayna has truly alleviated all the hardship of the situation we have found ourselves in. Tayna’s involvement in our case has made us feel completely heard and supported in all aspects, leaving no room for uncertainty or fear in forthcoming decisions. Our biggest hurdle was that my friend, who suffered detrimental injuries in a motor accident, could not speak any english yet, Tayna has been a great help in speaking Portuguese with him and acting as an intermediary for us to communicate and bridge the language gaps.
