I think the staff, he was polite and respectful and explained everything to me very clearly, and so it was understandable to a person of my age. So anyone who didn't know how to use a computer would talk them through it and offered me help should I need it. A pleasant friendly person and only too happy to help.

I had an accident outside the cafe shop, the person who recommended Tayna to me was Robson, who is also a lovely person, he immediately gave my contact details to Tayna, she called me and helped me, she was incredible, she is a very kind person, she was very patient in helping me because I couldn't find where to sign and she explained everything calmly to me.

The team have held my hand through the highs and lows, answered all of my stupid questions and most importantly, got me the compensation I now know I deserve.

Nothing has been too much trouble for them

Throughout the process their advisors have kept me updated and, despite two solicitors not taking my case on, they continued pushing until they found one on their panel that would!
