Placed an order in the morning and it arrived next day - incredible service while most other businesses would be shut or unavailable during Christmas and New years. Would definitely order again

These guys are very slow it takes them how long just to pick, pack and send a lousy 500mil bottle yet when a order comes out today at my job it leaves today do these guys even care cause this will be the last time I shop with them and if my order hasn't been sent by Wednesday I'm canceling that order

I ordered a Blood Pressure Machine to replace one in constant use. After two days I asked status of order and explained I had a reasonably urgent need. My reply was "Will be shipped sometime this week" Well thats their prerogative but mine was to go elsewhere and I did. A little understanding and assistance in expediting the order would not have gone amiss so now they lose a good client.

I purchased Pinetarsol product from NetPharmacyNZ in July. It was an international order so I knew it would take a while. In August I received a track & trace telling me it had departed country of origin and arrived in my country. After that I heard nothing. I sent an email at the after a couple of weeks saying the track and trace hadn't been updated and the product hadn't arrive. I didn't receive any reply but got an update on the track and trace at 9:01 to say the product had been delivered at 9:45 (45 mins into the future). Needless to say at 9:45 the package didn't arrive, nor has it since. I emailed Netpharmacy about it and got an email back saying it had been attempted to be delivered and but hadn't and that it had been come back to them in NZ. I explained we have been in lockdown since March 2020 so have been home everyday working remotely so there was always someone at the house. Also, we are buying completely online as a result and all the courier services deliver regularly so it couldn't be correct. I didn't receive any reply. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but the company will not respond. I wouldn't buy again from them as they are not trust worthy in my opinion.
