Well I ordered a personalised necklace mid December & paid extra for the mystery gift .. the mystery gift arrived with a note saying the necklace would arrive later .. I then got an email on the 30 dec from Jod asking for me to confirm the necklace details which I did .. still nothing & despite 6 emails asking for update on my order I have heard nothing at all ..very disappointed .. awful non existent customer service .. please DO NOT order from this company you will lose your hard earned cash for nothing ..

I have ordered a combo with 7 jewellery + a jewellery box and I never received the parcel on an update about f Nevaeh. I have been messaging them everyday (as they claim we should do it within 14 days or purchase) I’m now close to end the 14 days period and at this point no replacement was sent or refund given.

Title: Disappointing Quality and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a ring as a Christmas gift, and I was initially thrilled with the design. However, my excitement quickly turned to frustration when I discovered it was faulty. After only a few weeks of wear, the ring started to show significant signs of damage, which is unacceptable for what I expected to be a quality piece of jewelry.

What’s even more infuriating is the company's unwillingness to address the issue. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out for a resolution, their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive. It’s clear that once they have your money, they have no interest in standing behind their product.

I would strongly advise anyone considering a purchase from this company to think twice. The lack of accountability and support for their customers is alarming, and I can only imagine how many others have been left disappointed. Save your money and look elsewhere for jewelry that is both beautiful and built to last!

It was my second order, I chose 20 pieces mystery box. Hoping that they will carefully create box with variable designs and types. Well they sent me 16 pendants, 4 rings and one anklet though I thought they will choose 5 from each category. On top of that they felt ok to send me same 5 designs in gold and silver. Also the designs also seem least popular . Mystery box is a way of clearing stuff which is not selling well. Name of offer is also misleading, mystery box jewelry came in an envelope not in a box. I contacted them on email twice and once on Facebook. On emails they didn't reply to me and on Facebook they said mystery box is not returned or replaced. They didn't bothered to take it as exceptional case as I was not talking about designs but DUPLICATE DESIGNS. they invest in marketing and selling low grade jewellery.just forget about original price of items, tbh sale price seems high to me now after their level of service.
From first order one ring tarnished as well so quick and looked very cheap.

I bought three chains 5 months ago. Two broke in the first month. Reached out to the company was told that they would not would not replace because there warranty only covers tarnishing and since it didn’t tarnish, it didn’t qualify under the warranty then I received a second email after I had left a Instagram comment about what trash the company is saying that they would send me one replacement however I never received it and there was no follow up after that the Third necklace broke yesterday. This company is complete trash do not buy.

Earrings tarnished within 1 wear, no response from company. Necklaces are ok but look very cheap, have no faith in how long they will last. Returns policy is obsurd. I highly suggest avoiding this company.

I would like to share a disappointing experience with Nevaeh. I ordered a jewellery during a christmas offer which was buy 2 get 1 jewellery free. Due to the sizing issue, I returned my order using royal mail tracking service. Upon chasing them multiple times for my refund, I finally got the respone that they will refund partial amount (£24) and not the complete amount (£28) which includes tax. They refuse to refund tax amount by saying that it is a partial return. which is not the case. It has been a very frustrating experience as it looks like a dodgy system to make money by fooling customers. I have decided to write a review to help other customers from falling into the trap. Also, I am yet to receive the refund in my bank account.

AVOID!!! Ordered a necklace 2 weeks before Christmas obviously for a present to someone, it’s now the 24tb January and it’s still not even been shipped out and they are refusing to refund me! Absolutely ridiculous and helpless will never order again pile of s**t

Please do not waste your money on this company. Awful company and customer service. I brought a bracelet in the Black Friday sales 2024 for a Christmas present. When the present was opened the bracelet was faulty (clasp not staying shut). I contacted Nevaeh to see how to return and receive a replacement. They refused as 14 days had passed. I reminded them on the consumer right acts, all faulty products had to be replaced regardless of the time passed. They still refused and are now ignoring my emails. I also purchased charms for the bracelet, which I can't use without a bracelet. Disgusting customer service.

Please don’t buy the mystery box where it’s only few pieces that will be repeated so you will end up with 5 of the same necklace!!
They are not helpful with order issues at all!!!!👎�👎�

These tracksuits are amazing and arrived within 2 days of ordering! (I have the cardigan version) I received it today and can say it’s the best out there, the quality is unreal. I’m 5’1 and thought the trousers would be too long, but the fabric holds SO nice when I tuck them under. Will definitely be buying another ���

I have ordered from this company a few times now, and am never disappointed. I literally wear the jewellery all year round, in the shower, sun, chlorine etc and have not seen any discolouration to the jewellery, or to my skin. Highly recommend.
