The delivery was fast, the items were packaged beautifully. All of the items were in brilliant condition, there were no marks or scuffs. The jewellery so far hasn't tarnished and looks new every time I wear it. I was able to exchange some pieces for others which was also quite easy to do so.

Ordered a gold plated bangle. Delivery was lengthy but the colour of the bracelet was awful. Looked really cheap and nothing like gold.

Do not waste your hard earned money on this company’s cheap rubbish. I purchased some clothing from their website for a Christmas present, where do I start? The material on all the items was so thin and cheap, everything was out of shape, the zips didn’t work correctly ,just everything that I purchased was really really poorly made.
Probably what you should expect from a “jewellery” shop. What did not expect was to have several emails completely ignored regarding a refund , it took this company 7 days to respond to an initial email requesting the returns address ,in which they responded saying I had requested beyond their 30 day returns policy which was a complete lie.
I had requested well within their 30 day period, but their reply was beyond the 30 day period. for some reason they think that it was acceptable to refuse my refund/ return all because of their poor response time . This company is an absolute joke with disgusting customer service , and I can assure you that they won’t be around for much longer if this is how they like to treat their customers. although it was only around £90 in total I will still be contacting the financial ombudsman regarding this issue. Companies like this should not be aloud to trade and should be dealt with accordingly. AVOID

Have brought a few peices from Nevaeh and I absolutely love them. I do wear my jewellery everyday and the colour hasn't faded which is most important to me as it's hard to find reasonably priced jewellery that doesn't fade. The communication I've had with Nevaeh has been very good. Missed items have been sent out straight away. So overall a great brand will be ordering more in future.

I had lost a ring I had received as a gift a few years ago, so ordered a replacement along with a few additional items. They however sent the wrong size ring. I emailed them to explain and they said I would have to pay for the return even though it was THEIR fault. I was going on holiday a few days later so generated the return request only for it to say it takes a few days to process (by then I was out of the country) I messaged them to extend until I'd be back in the country to send and they said it wasn't possible. So now I'm stuck with a ring that's too small and no confidence to risk ordering from this company again as shocked at how terrible their customer service is.

People need to do their research

Jewellery is poor qaulity and company do not provide a refund, instead send out replace or the wrong size. Ordered a bangle and a ring. The stones in the ring feel out after 2 weeks and the bracelet has a loose catch and kept falling off. Contacted customer service they sent me a video to follow, did that and same problem persisted. But items a waste of money. Avoid buying from here. Poor junk jewellery

Two mystery items not wanted went into my order, I didn't order (I'd never select a mystery piece of jewellery) the pieces were unworn necklaces. I was informed that a refund wasn't possible for jewellery. I'm now out of pocket on the items. BE CAREFUL to check your baskets at checkout.

Terrible!! My braclet broke, they refused a refund or exchange as it was just over 2 weeks since i had received the order. Apparently the lifetime guarantee is only for tarnishing and discolouration, and doesnt count if the jewellery brakes. Really disappointed and wont be buying from again.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this jewelry. After just a few uses, most pieces became unusable—some are missing gems, and others have broken locks. The craftsmanship is clearly poor, and the durability is unacceptable. I feel like I’ve wasted my money and would not recommend this brand to anyone.
