Furniture pilot holes were very off making it very hard to assemble. Waiting for the sofa to be exchanged as it cracked trying to get screws in they were so off. The cushions seam very light weight and not the quality we have on our other patio furniture but the wood seems good quality. Their customer service so far has been great and we got it for Christmas.
Great pricing on quality Sunbrella fabric, Ashe colorway, replacement outdoor cushions with black cording. They came much more quickly than I was expecting. It was a very easy purchase!

He explained to me how the ordering and purchasing process worked and provided me with a phone number where I could text or call him directly. It took a while to receive the chairs and I knew that going in when I placed the order but they were delivered as promised and at a price that was only slightly higher than what we paid several years ago from a local vendor for the same chairs.

Reasonable price and custom sizing. I have non standard sized outdoor couch.
Got an estimate locally for only custom sized seat cushions without piping. Patio HQ gave a better price for seat cushions with piping and back cushions. Glad I found this company.

Back of 1 chair (of 2) was packaged with a minor but noticeable scratch. This was not a delivery problem. The part was wrapped well. It had to be wrapped, boxed and sent out with damage already existing. Everything else seems in good order. But it does not stop the disappointment that someone was uncaring enough to box a damaged new product. UPDATE: Based on review above which at first was given 3 stars, Patio HQ reached out to me and offered options to remedy our disappointment and followed through as promised. It was a high caring and quality experience having them resolve the issue in a satisfying way. Thanks Patio HQ!
