It all started that our router was not working right for the last few months and we came to Florida and it really did not work. Very frustrated, but I had Samuel Brown on on the phone yesterday1/13/2025 and he switched me over to Verizon eSIM and with the help of Jessica Tier two employee. We have to turn the router off until we get back up north to Ohio, but on all we love patriot mobile.
Also we were paying for 2 internet services
Patriot mobile is a good family company. I would of gave 5 stars but the price keeps going up. I pay for 2 cell services and at the time when we started with Patriot mobile it was within our budget. Now it's becoming very difficult and stretching it thin. The services are excellent, that's why I'm still holding on.
You guys help me cancel my subscription to another carrier, was very helpful setting up my account. Good customer service, reception and phone works great. Also data is always enough, and to my knowledge, you guys have not raised your rates crazy like everyone else if at all since I started. I enjoyed it very much, and refer you to a lot of people.
I love the causes Patriot mobile supports; however I expected to have more plans to choose from. For example a 5gb plan would be great. Other cell companies are offering this with a good price which is causing us to start reviewing our personal budget.

From my very first call to PM to switch service to them, they were attentive, professional, caring and competent. Hearing the person say "God Bless you." was a tonic to my soul. I have had zero problems since then and they are keeping their rates low.

My overall experience with the Rep today, was excellent.
Having said that, I will be looking for a new cell phone company. My Apple i-Phone rings just 3 times, and rolls over to the mail box. None of your technicians have helped, and it sounds like people are always just reading from a screen. I worked in the Bell System at New York Telephone and AT&T for over 31 years, and this type of service would not have been acceptable.

I am so happy and satisfied with patriot mobile. Best phone company around. It's so easy to get a person on the phone. Always kind and willing to help with whatever you need. The only issue I have is the phone insurance. It was an outside company and I had a real hard time ever getting ahold of them. But I love Patriot mobile.
