Have been a client for 6+years and have had exceptional service. Always got really good, practical advice, sometimes at the worst hour of the day, when I’ve needed it. All the documentation supplied was very good and is featured throughout our work space. The whole process made our business flow better and safely. As a SMB it’s hard to know what legislation is required and how one should interpret it, this was done for us and saved as a lot of money in the long run.. really great service..

They promised so many things ....…

They promised so many things including time savings and support but delivered generic paperwork and gave me all the work to do. Begs the question what am I paying for and what is the actual value received. Like any company involving insurance if your boxes aren't ticked correctly they have a way out so you have to then do all the work or you really waste your money. Most of all they talked me into signing a 5 year agreement which absolves them of all forms accountability. I have made my complaints heard and have been promised that they take things seriously but nothing has changed. So after 4 years of being ripped off I am now buying my way out of this contract and am really happy to be done with this ethically bankrupt company. This arrangement reminds me of a combination of a ponzi scheme where you are promised value and a pyramid scheme where the more people you trap in the scheme the better it is for you.

I would like to thank and commend Ruben Viljoen

I would like to thank and commend Ruben Viljoen on how he handled me during a stressful time. Ruben had to tell me that technically my contract had auto renewed, and therefore the termination fee was in effect. This was after I had disclosed my business, like so many, is struggling with the current economy. I was not very polite in my responses to him, due to the level of stress, while he was actually trying to help me. Ruben is a star, to handle the situation with as much politeness as he did. He treated me with absolute respect, compassion and understanding!!! He acknowledged my situation and stress levels right throughout our conversation, which told me he was listening to what I was saying the whole time. He never gave up on telling me to continue with the steps required as the business would help me in any way they can, within the limitations, and he was absolutely right. Staff like Ruben can be hard to find.

They cold call businesses with pushy sales staff. When told not interested get told 'some people don't get it', and they immediately hang up. Complained to the company - no reply. Then discover the act of complaining has added me to their marketing database!
