Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company! The customer service disappears when you want a refund.
There are lights missing in the centre of the forehead part of the new boost mask. I asked the customer service about this before I bought it and they told me not to worry because the design ensured "equal coverage across the face and neck". When you put in on it looks like it's fine but I grew suspicious so I took some photos from a birds eye view. Sure enough there's a gap in the middle of the forehead that the lights aren't hitting. I reached out to their customer service for a refund, bear in mind this is within the 30 day guarantee. It's been ONE WEEK and I've gotten NO REPLY. Even without the 30 day guarantee the company is legally obliged to organise a full refund for return of a product that was not as described. I should have known this company was suspicious when I saw that they transferred the reviews from their old LED mask (a completely different product) to this one. In the 2 weeks I used it I also saw zero results, but I'm most disappointed that I paid hundreds of dollars for an LED mask that doesn't even hit the centre of the forehead. Most of all I am disappointed that the customer service has suddenly disappeared when I want a refund. Before I bought the mask I asked a lot of questions a about it they would always reply on that day or the next working day. I'll be chasing this up until I get my money back but I'm incredibly frustrated with the lack of integrity of this company. Scam.
