Planethoster can BLOCK your account for no reason, when you reach out they say ; we don't know whats happening, its not Planethoster who blocked your account (like its someone else job) BUT you should send us your ID so we can unlock your account.
me asking them : ok if its not you, I can just reset my password and log in ?
Them : (No clear response, and apearently I can not reset my password) if you want access to your account send us your ID !!
I'm with planethoster since years, as you know its difficult to move from hosting to another, but its a necessity now.

Planethoster can BLOCK your account…

Planethoster can BLOCK your account for no reason, when you reach out they say ; we don't know whats happening, its not Planethoster who blocked your account (like its someone else job) BUT you should send us your ID so we can unlock your account.
