Go elsewhere!

Irritating gouge out of the plastic pane in my frame on arrival. Discovered when pealing off the cover. It is on the back side, so it must have existed before shipping.

I recently ordered four posters from The Poster Store, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The posters arrived in perfect condition, and the quality is fantastic - crisp prints on high-quality paper. One item, a tape I had ordered, was missing from the package, but their customer service handled it promptly and issued a refund without any hassle. Their prices are very competitive compared to other stores selling the same designs, making them a great choice for art lovers. I will definitely be ordering from them again! Highly recommend! 😊

Quality of print not great
Odd sizes so don’t fit standard frames
I’m glad I got these at a reduced cost, although still expensive for what they are, as I would have been even more disappointed than
I was at a reduced cost.

No thank you

Be wary when ordering from the poster store. I placed an order for a poster measuring 50x70 inches, but the photo quality is poor. It’s blurry and clearly not of the expected standard. Despite my request for a resolution, they have refused to take any action. Consequently, I have no choice but to return the poster for £9.90, which I find to be an exorbitant price. No thank you

I received only half of the order

I received only half of the order, when query they asked to check the package as if we were cheating, it’s been two week before I can receive the confirmation that they are sending the missing items. Still no apology for the mistake from their side.

I have been informed by the company that there is a delay with the courier. Im impressed at the speed that the company replied to me, so i know now whats going on and im a very happy bunny. No delivery!!
You have mixed replies. Either saying it’s still waiting to be delivered or it’s at the pick up point! Now you say you have no contact details! I am not putting contact details on an open forum! I have emailed you direct and yet it still hasn’t helped!! I want a refund please!
