I opened my account on 11/11/24, I got interest paid on 30/11/24, but it didn't show that until well into December. It's now 2/1/25, and no sign of any interest paid for the month of December, I'm confused as to when to expect it.

Raisin are are a fantastic savings platform offering good rates of interest on many savings products. The only point of improvement i would like is when crediting interest into ones transaction account there needs to be a way of knowing which savings investment it came from. This would save phone calls each time interest is credited from savings etc.......implement that and def 5 star.....
A great platform. I have multiple one-year savings accounts with them. Allows me to get literally the market-leading rate and to benefit from FSCS protection. There are service providers that offer products claiming to do the shopping around for you and handle the admin, but Raisin make it so easy, I can only imagine these competitors have lost all their busines!
Very efficient and easy to use.

All well until I wanted my money back.
All well until I wanted my money back.
I know it is a cliche, but the problems with this bank (if it is even a proper bank) started when I tried to get my money back out, after a 2 year savings bond expired.
First of all, I phoned them for instructions on how to withdraw my money. There was a "withdraw" button on their website, but something about this gave me pause as it was linked to an IBAN number that I didn't recognise, and after getting the representative to confirm the bank details that I would be withdrawing to, realised that this was NOT my current account, of which I only have one, and that they had on record a completely bogus account as my "nominated account".
Had I just opted for "withdraw" without querying this, all my money would have gone to a fraudster.
They then talked me through how to change the nominated account details, which I duly did.
Tried to log back in a couple of days later to finally access my money, and found that my account has been disappeared - login email and password no longer work and repeated requests for a password reset (even though I have clearly not forgotten my password) have received no response.
I have been frantically trying to contact them but cannot get through to anyone.
Would caution other savers against using this organisation. At best they are grossly negligent with your money, worst case something more sinister is going on that people can't get their money back.

Recently opened two accounts = Poor experience to date.
Recently opened two accounts with deposits of £110K. No Interest shown on these accounts end of month.
Their robot chat (which is very poorly designed) finally provided the information requested after numerous attempts, to establish that It can take up to ten working days before interest is visible on held accounts. This is not made clear when opening accounts. Incidentally funds transferred to Raisin are delayed by two working days or more before funds are transferred and received in the selected accounts (so interest is lost for the delayed period).
Extremely frustrating, as I normally need to withdraw interest on accounts 2nd or 3rd of each month. Will probably close accounts and transfer back to marginally lower interest rates offered from various building societies I normally bank with, and who instantly provide interest end of month, so that the interest can be withdrawn as required.
Very disappointed with Raisin... clearly more transparency is required. Love the business model (marginally higher interest rates with all accounts available to manage in one place) but unfortunately, the brand doesn't quite deliver as promised. The delays are not worth the slightly higher interest rates offered.

No Customer Service
I have an amount of money that I wanted to invest. I was intending to use Raisin but wanted to call them first to see if the customer service answered calls reasonably quickly and were able to help explain the best way for me to transfer my money - in separate amounts or as a larger lump sum. The automated response advised a 2 minute wait - good - it took nearer 5 minutes. I then had a person with a quite strong accent and not very high volume saying hello, welcome to the call - but they could not hear me. They increased their volume a bit and were clearly fiddling with their phone system / headset / whatever. They could not hear me and after a while hung up. I had called my bank just before - using the same phone and location and had no problem at all. The customer service person has not even got a phone system that works. Not sure I want to invest my money if I can't even speak to a person when I need to. Not a good way to obtain new business - just lost a new customer. If responding to this review, Raisin, can you advise a better number to call rather than the one on your website that is hopeless.

Whilst I like the idea it fails opening banking test
Whilst I like the idea, the lack of support for open banking even if the actual bank you investing with itself supports it makes this a look else for me.
Just so we are clear example Monument bank support opening banking but invests in monument via raisin, are only visible via Raisin NOT the bank itself and the Raisin platform does not support open banking so if you have you own finance app you have to login to raisin find out how much you have in there and Manually add it yourself… frustrating.. answer use raisin as a compare tool and then go to the bank direct.

Very dodgy company
Very dodgy company. They keep your money 3 working days before investing and then another 3 days after investments mature. They also give lower interest rates after you agreed to invest than they offered before. Finally, I've had emails from them saying someone withdrew money from my account. Contact them if it wasn't me. When I did, they apologised for their mistake.

Awful experience trying to get money…
Awful experience trying to get money into a product, then out again afterwards. In a time of instant transfers, they say it can take up to three working days.
Just as an update, my withdrawal request is now five days old. I have just received a notification to say that it will be another two days before my money is available. And that's before any further delay in transferring it to my bank account. And they hold back £1000, which wasn't made clear when investing. There's nothing "instant access" about Raisin.
