If you're selling your property privately, "Realestateme" is the company you should list your property on!. Cheaper than trademe- and they will list your property on TM as well as all other NZ real-estate platforms. You also have full control of your listing and contact with enquiries. I did all the hard work renovating our home, therefore I didn't want to pay a real estate agent 20k to walk people through our home... The process selling privately was very easy!
