I Wanted to order a mobile plan with a phone deal. They got all my info for subscription, charged my card for the order and then sent an email that the order was cancelled without giving a reason or anything even though I provided all the information and everything is valid. I paid 200 euros and now I have to wait for them to send them back with no explanation whatsoever. That's practically stealing a short term loan.

Good network coverage but they increase by 8% every year on phone subscription.
Customer support is average and take a lot of time to reply. No phone number of customer service to contact.

Order cancelled by them for no reason

I Wanted to order a mobile plan with a phone deal. Ok until there is a glitch…then it…

Ok until there is a glitch…then it feels impossible to get help.
They will not accept any responsibility for their errors and blame the customer ´phone despite the fact that you have changed nothing since the days before when it was working.
So disappointed in this company.
It works well for a while and I forget the awful customer service but when you need them, it’s hopeless. This is the last time and I am walking.

Run away

Run away, worst technical support (They don't even exist).
I've had an incident and lost my internet connexion for half a day. I couldn't work or do anything online.

Another frustrated potential SFR customer

Yet another frustrated customer. Tried to set up an account on multiple tries in several different ways with different visa cards. Every long laborious detailed complicated online application attempt ended with payment refused. I had wanted to change from Free who have bumped up their monthly charge. My bank says all ok their side with the visa process so it seems to be a problem on the SFR side. Contacted SFR but although they said my application was good the banking payment was refused. Can't imagine how the SFR process could be so flawed such that they prevent new forfait applications. So much wasted time.

Very bad costumer services

Very bad costumer services. Irritating chatbot. Hard to start e conversation with a real person. Ans they can't give you solutions. When you make an appointment, often it gets cancelled just the day before by RED without telling why. make promises they don't hold. They give wrong information. Horrible!

Unfortunately I had to quit Red by SFR…

Unfortunately I had to quit Red by SFR due to the double invoicing for 7 months.

I think their invoicing system is bugged, therefore the previous months’ invoice is accumulated for 7 months in my case.

I had contacted the service client and it was unhelpful as they keep saying that they are under investigation which never solved the issue. After 7 months, I have decided to switch the operator. There are much better offer available in the market

Very sh***t internet, no customer services, i strongly not recommend people to go for sfr services..

What is most surprising, even for posting this review it took me at least 3 mins to get a connection

Scam

I wanted to make a "forfait sans engagement" for my phone. After I did the whole registration process, I was told that I have to send a 250 € deposit to confirm my order. A 250 € deposit for what??? This is clearly a scam company.

This is the most horrendous ISP…

This is the most horrendous internet service out there. Internet is gone. Customer service is taking turns to shut the conversation down and send automated messages, basically there is no one to listen to you and the straight up tell you " sorry we can't help you " I mean you DONT HAVE THE OPTION TO SAY THAT TO YOUR CUSTOMERS YOU CROOKS , YOU TOOK OUR MONEY YOU HAVE TO HELP. NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH BTW ABSOLUTELY NO ONE , So good luck if you want to get a connection and you are an English speaker. Their system has failed to generate and record our bill this month, we have received nothing from them and internet has already been cut off. Awesome company

They charged me 50€ for one call

They charged me 50€ for one call in zone EU even if my contract included these type of calls inside the forfait.
No possibilities to contact them
They blocked my number until I paid the 50 € with no possibility of speak with someone to understand.

Red Fibre

Red Fibre: Worthless.. now 4 days no internet. All the communication has to be done by app, fine by me but nothing is being communicated (except that there is a network problem). Updates are not being send and i have no idea how long it will take. 4 days no internet is crazy.... Not a company/ product wich is trustworthy in my opinion.

Hopeless website

I've been trying to pay my account for landline and internet access at my flat in France with SFR by RED online by card. Just useless! Their website is awful as well. It won't handle a UK mobile to confirm new IBAN/BIC for direct debit.

J'ai répondu plusieurs fois à vous et à SFR, vous êtes tous deux très grossiers.

Je n'ai jamais reçu de boîte à haut débit qui n'a jamais été livrée. Je n'ai jamais utilisé ce service ni le téléphone.

Je suis toujours sous contrat avec SFR avec le numéro de ligne 02 43 09 67 **. depuis 8 ans !

je cherchais un service moins cher en utilisant red mais boîte jamais livrée.

Je vais faire un rapport à la justice

Je ne dois aucune somme d'argent. Je dois être remboursé.

I have replied several times to you and SFR, you are both very rude.

I have never received a broadband box that was never delivered. I have never used the service or the phone.

I am still under contract with SFR with the line number 02 43 09 67 **. for 8 years!

I was looking for a cheaper service using red but the box was never delivered.

I'm going to report this to the courts

I don't owe any money. I have to be reimbursed.

Technically incompetent and crooks

We responded to their email offer that was much lower than our then current provider. A technician came and installed the hardware but the speed was 10 times below advertised. His response was: "All lights are green - I did my job. Call SFR" and he walked out. We called SFR to no use, then cancelled the service within 14 days which is a mandated cancellation period. They immediately upped the price and sent a disconnect notice to our previous provider. I actually figured out what their technician did wrong and tried to reconnect the service but they would not do it. We ended up with no Internet and no appointments to install for several weeks. This is much worse than already bad typical French customer service. Not worth the aggravation for any offer they can make, which may end up being a lie anyway.

Worst service

Pity that it is impossible to put zero stars.
I orderered an internet box with them. They scheduled a meeting with the technician only more than 10 days after.
Even though they asked me to be home entire afternoon to wait for him, he never appeared. Moreover they offered me very minor compensation regarding this and their service is the worst.
I immediately quit my contract with them
