I ordered a second hand laptop. It is in good condition as described. The only downside was the delivery time, but considering the order was placed during the winter holidays, this might have been the reason for a longer waiting time.

Be Aware!! it is a risky website

!!!!!!!Be careful I received a damaged mobile!!!!!!!!!
it cost me 17500kr, I contacted them for return it as it comes with 30 days free return and 1 year product warranty but they refused, they said we don't cover mechanical issues and you must pay fixing.
BE AWARE!!! it is A risky buy

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service. I have ordered a first HP elit and never received the charger of the laptop. each person of their customer service was directing to another person and here I am after 3 months still without the charger.
We thought that this was an insulated case, so we ordered again 2 macbook, keyboard and mouse, huge delay of the order, no visibility regarding the delivery and the customer service that cannot do anything because it is their partner who is charge of that or the parcel service. This made us loose a lot of time.
We do not recommend ordering on Refurbed!

Received wrong products on multiple occasions.

I used to love this site and purchased phones repeatedly from it in the past - the best prices for refurbished products on the marked, and quick shipping. However, my last two purchases were quite disappointing, and I don't think I will purchase there again.
On the first occasion, I attempted to buy a computer monitor, but received the wrong model. The support was unable to process my request for providing me with the correct model, while the product stayed advertised on the website, insinuating that the correct model still was available. I also came to believe that the customer support receives some kind of auto-translation of my written request and is unable to assist me effectively due to a language barrier.
On the second occasion, I purchased a phone, which was shipped quickly, but it turned out to be a model from the Japanese market meaning that I cannot turn of the shutter sound (I live in Europe). This is a deal breaker for me. I sincerely hope the service quality and these mishaps improve in the future though, because I really used to like this site. But for now, I think I will save myself the time and nerves in the future and just order at another place instead.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered an iPhone from refurbed 2 weeks ago and it was ‘lost in transit’. I paid over €650 for this iPhone and I have yet to receive the iPhone or a refund. Customer service was absolutely shocking. I have been emailing and calling refurbed and they have not helped at all, just telling me to be patient and ‘wait for my package’. I will never be recommending Refurbed to anyone I know as their service is woeful.
