I ordered a second hand laptop. It is in good condition as described. The only downside was the delivery time, but considering the order was placed during the winter holidays, this might have been the reason for a longer waiting time.

I Ordered a Green iPhone 13 everything was good until it arrived and I noticed it was very slow and delayed compared to my old iPhone 11,So I returned the phone which was easy taking photos of it before I boxed it for return and there was not a single mark on the device.I then receive and email saying the supplier has received the phone and there is damage to the rear camera.In the Photo they sent there was a crack on the rear camera lens and they stated they would be taking €40 off my refund price.I argued back that I had photos of the phone prior to sending it back and the camera wasn’t damaged but they insisted that it was my fault so I gave up and suffered the loss but I would definitely not recommend refurbed after my experience but then again it was “MillionStore” in Austria that was the supplier so maybe refurbed isn’t at fault

A refurbed device that shows defects after a short period of time should be returned in any case. If you are still in the 30-day trial period, you can return your product to the refurbed seller for a replacement or refund. Otherwise, our refurbed seller will repair your product under warranty.

Great all round service

Iphone damaged; no help; no answer; fraud

I bought an Iphone 13 on the website. The Iphone, however, is not working properly, as it is shutting itself down 2-3 times a day. I have raised this issue with Refurbed more than a month ago and have not received any specific answers, but only generic responses, while evading the obligation under European warranty law to replace the damaged phone. I have not received any help from Refurbed.at. This is tantamount to fraud in my opinion. I cannot recommend. While I would still buy a refurbed iphone, I would choose a reliable seller the next time.

While Refurbed has replied below, I have contacted Refurbed several times including through alternative dispute settlement platforms. So far I have not received any response to my queries by Refurbed, nor has Refurbed accepted the alternative dispute settlement procedure to which it was invited. It is quite disappointing and insincere that Refurbed has so far only responded to this review.
