Now they have canncelled the order and I will get back my money - but in reality I wanted to have the item - so after 10 days nothing achieved!
Bought a refurbished iPhone from them, I paid extra for the best quality offer. The phone arrived, the front speaker during calls was extremely muffled, even after cleaning. The customer support was unfriendly, but approved the return. The replacement new iPhone seemed to work but then it turned out that it constantly drops the signal and only works properly on 3G. Apple service said it's a hardware issue, they can't fix it.

A complete scam. No response to emails or calls. Lost $400. Returned the iPad on time but never got refunded, and on top of that, got involved with a debt collection agency.

Took way too long, more than 10 days. The phone arrived without a sim slot and with the message on the screen that the screen is either not an original spare part or not working properly. I was in direct contact with the seller but got no response in regards to the problems that I had with the delivery

This is a scam company. Check it out on internet how many complains they have. In my case, I bought a Macbook that stoped working after 6 months. From a 3 years warranty, I did not receive ANY contact from the company to either replace or fix the laptop. SCAMMERS.

Telefoon kapot, NOG STEEDS GEEN GELD TERUG
I ordered an iPhone. It was delivered quickly, but unfortunately both cameras and the flashlight broke very soon after. I contacted them, was able to return it, and did so. I received a notification about a refund (getting my money back). Yes, please, I double-checked and was told it would take 2-5 days. It's been 2 weeks now and I'm still waiting. I don't get updates from them, I have to constantly ask for updates. Ringy is pointing fingers at Refurbished and vice versa. Can this please be resolved now?

received stolen item with mobile device management on it
I received an ipad but it has mobile device management, probably a stolen item. It is owned by some other company with their software on it and I can't remove it. I tried contacting refurbished.nl but they are not responding.

Wij willen benadrukken dat wij uitsluitend samenwerken met betrouwbare leveranciers en dergelijke apparaten niet van dubieuze bronnen afkomstig zijn. Uw conclusie dat het om een gestolen item gaat, is daarom onjuist.
We begrijpen dat dit erg vervelend is en bieden onze excuses aan voor het ongemak. We zijn blij dat uw betaling inmiddels is teruggestort en hopen dat dit enige geruststelling biedt.

Total scam. Phone bought a year ago. Now partially blocked. Klantenservice says to contact a legal person in charge of their bankruptcy but then the link provided by an automatic email points to a website asking for all our bank details!! Phones are locked after reinstallation and even Samsung cannot fix the knox security issue on them.

When I sent it, almost 2 weeks ago, they never replied and never returned my money. Holy says Refurbished is responsible for support, Refurbished points the other way. And I have no money and no phone. I am reporting them to the police.
