Despite beeing promised that all smartphones are chrecked, cleaned and carefully refurbished I got my iphone 13 in a dirty and uncleaned condition. This is not a service I'm happy with. When you pay around 800€ you can expect that everything is as good as possible.
However it was delivered quick and the original box was included.
After 9 days nothing sent! Payment done - no article!
I have contacted refurbished after 8 days, but the item was not sent - no reaction from the seller - nothing!
Now they have canncelled the order and I will get back my money - but in reality I wanted to have the item - so after 10 days nothing achieved!
Bought a refurbished iPhone from them, I paid extra for the best quality offer. The phone arrived, the front speaker during calls was extremely muffled, even after cleaning. The customer support was unfriendly, but approved the return. The replacement new iPhone seemed to work but then it turned out that it constantly drops the signal and only works properly on 3G. Apple service said it's a hardware issue, they can't fix it.

Returned an 2nd hand iphone that was never opened, and they still have not given me the refund. Total scam. I would have been rather kept the phone and sold it myself. NEVER USE THEY. HORRIBLE SCAM COMPANY AND OWNER.
* Yes the "previous operator" went out of business, but in actuality it is the same owner that simply bought their bankrupt company back while not need to be responsible for all the debt and money owed to customers. They took advantage of a legal loophole and screwed the customers for it.

Worst kind of people who exist? Bankrupt. When I ordered they were already having troubles for months and they still accepted money from innocent customers. They use this money to fund their disaster on the backend; basically scamming people to pay off their problems. Absolutely shameless and these people should burn in hell. This is not how you do business. These are the kind of people who kick puppies for fun.

We willen graag toelichten dat we, nadat u contact met ons en de verkoper had opgenomen, hebben vastgesteld dat het pakket inderdaad is kwijtgeraakt bij PostNL tijdens het retourproces. Hoewel dit buiten onze controle ligt, hebben we meteen actie ondernomen om uw situatie op te lossen.
We hebben uw terugbetaling inmiddels in gang gezet, en zoals gebruikelijk duurt dit proces doorgaans 5-10 werkdagen. We doen er alles aan om ervoor te zorgen dat u uw geld zo snel mogelijk ontvangt.
We waarderen het zeer als u uw review zou willen aanpassen om de situatie correct weer te geven. Wij streven er altijd naar om onze klanten zo goed mogelijk van dienst te zijn en vinden het belangrijk om transparant en eerlijk te communiceren. Er is absoluut geen sprake van een scam, en we werken er hard aan om dit soort situaties zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.

This is cheating! We have sent back the mobile phone which arrived not working (the pen was stuck; so obviously no quality control is in place) and now refurbished.nl does not give any reaction at all.

I was sent a phone that didn’t meet the quality profile description on the website. Later I found out that Refurbished.nl uses partners who dispatch their orders. When I contacted customer service about my disappointment with the quality of the device an AI chatbot responded with an automated response telling me that I need to contact the partner in order to find a resolution. It would have been a better experience when Refurbished.nl had handled the return request instead of handing me off to another party. Eventually I received a replacement device from the partner. The device has a replacement screen which iOS flags as an unofficial spare part. I can live with this, but I am disappointed in the service that I received.

The equipment was good after 1 week, everything running smoothly, as expected. There is some use evident but it was expected. I'm giving it 3 stars because of the fact that I haven't received an invoice of my purchase. Even though I spoke to the reseller, he ignored my request.
