Don't set timings if you cant!
I booked a cruise, and it took me several times to get somebody to call me back, and beg me to book with them. With hindsight, I could have booked directly with Cunard. As Emma was the first one to answer my inquiry, nobody could help or take care of your booking. The worst bit is being promised they will call you back within 2,5,10,3 minutes which none of this had happened. I just wish they were more professional and didn't promise clients and set timings. It took me almost the whole day to ever do the booking which I am now kind of regretting.
