In Roomdi i never have the chance to explain my comments that the hotel can read, for exemple:
I wish a quiet room, facing the street etc...

Even though check in is supposed to start at 3pm. I was able to check in by 9am since my flight landed by 6am but this was done at an additional cost. Took the bus 423 from platform 6 to and fro, hence very easy to navigate. The room and toilet was clean. I also requested a shower cap from the front desk and was given one. Very friendly and professional staff. Would be better if a meal is included in the price for booking due to the price, instead of paying an additional £15.

Over charged me
1. I booked the double room at Hilton at £207 per day for 2 days = £414 but when I got to paynent section you took £439 approx, im very disappointed and feel cheated.
2. My name was not being accepted when i started booking, took a long time many attempts

NEVER AGAIN
NEVER AGAIN - Where can you give negative stars?!!!! No one has even answered my countless emails asking how to get to Cayo Largo. NO SERVICE, NO ANSWERED EMAIL OR PHONECALL - ABSOLUTELY UNRELIABLE! Never again - I advise anyone who books in the future not to do this. Don't do this to yourself. I paid money not to be able to use my accommodation!
Btw: i travel a lot worldwide- i didn’t expected something worst like this!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stressfull experience 0 stars… not respond to you
They did a mistake with my reservation, cxl after payment 1 week before my trip ( i did it 7 months before) and just found refund in my bank, not even answer my mails. 3 months before, I did try to add one person in one of my rooms and they where 0 helpful… if you can choise another option just do it. 0 in customer service, 0 helpful and they dont care even in answer… web page contact is ennoying, not even works… i gave them 2 stars because at least did refund, but time without a answer, so stress full

very dissatisfied with the service received at the Nerja Club Hotel. They did not provide us with any option for dinner on the day of arrival, having done so only 15 minutes after the established time. Reserva 1109870039.

Awaiting for cash refund
EDIT: in the first time it seemed the room was permanently paid as the hotel received my money at the moment of booking, but now it seems it's been possibile to cancel the reservation with no charge. I'm still waiting for full refund; once I'll get it I will up-date my review. || PREVIOUS: Very bad experience! I will never use your portal anymore! I choose a room with free cancellation, and I paid a higher price for this service, but when I made the reservation the hotel received the full sum from my debit card. Now I can't anymore cancel the room and furthermore I paid a higher price for this service that actually I can't take advantage of.

Be very careful when booking with this…
Be very careful when booking with this company and make sure you read the VERY SMALL PRINT before you hit the pay button. Got hit with a payment at check in at the hotel I had booked in San Francisco of over $40 per night for “local expenses” not a word of this in the booking process but it was there if you’re eyes are good enough to read the minute print. Won’t be using them again. What makes it worse roomdi is apparently owned by Expedia. A company I have used and trusted many times over the years. Maybe not now.

No hot water in the bathroom
We had no running warm/hot water in the bathroom for at least 15 days out of the 17 days we stayed, despite changing rooms, being assured of service again and again, and trying various times of the day to have a shower. The hotel manager said they weren't able to identify which rooms out of more than 300 might have the service on any day. The hotel on their website states they have 'full bathroom' but doesn't mention availability of hot water. As we weren't able to complain during our stay with the booking agent, it seems that we are not able to ask for any refund.
