Servbanks escrow people are a disaster. First they overpaid my taxes, and when the county returned the funds, the did not credit them to my account. Second, I paid my own taxes directly and called Servbank to make sure they did not duplicate the payment. Three weeks later, they don't have in the records that the taxes are paid and plan to duplicate the payment.
Person on the phone was nice. Company as a whole is a corporate mega-shark. In the middle of legal battles, they forced an escrow account upon me - which I DIDN'T have with my previous loan servicer - and they nearly doubled my monthly amount due, all while having committed serious RICO violations and other Frauds... they are the epitome of the corrupt financial industry. Lawsuit in progress...

WOW! That was fast! Kristi Schleicher contacted me right after this message posted. She contacted me not once, but several times and we just talked today.
She patiently helped me resolve each issue.
I now am set up on line. Resolved the statement issue and ensured I am in Auto Pay..

Don't bank here. I was to get my escrow money back after they bought out tms. Called twice finally well after a month my check comes. I cashed it, then week later get another one. I filled out an envelope with the check explaining I already received my money. Well guess what I look at my Mobil app and they took back my $875. Dollars and never informed me. They just took it back. My bank charged me 12 bucks for return check fee. If I didn't have enough in my checking account I would have bounced checks all over and had fees galore. I haven't mailed the check yet as it was late Saturday when I got it. I'm holding onto it till I have it out with this bank. Don't you feel that they could have contacted me to inform me they were going to take this money back. I would never recommend or do business with this bank. I don't trust this bank at all. 24 hours later and no one contacted me after I wrote this review. Emailed Kristi thinking this bank cared about people andcwas going to solve this matter. I was very wrong. Not anyone from this bank. I have a check from them sitting here and was told by customer service that it's no good. They asked for prove that they took the money back. I had my bank send that info to them and again still no one has contacted me. Is this the kind of bank you would want to do business with and put your money in their hands. I sure wouldnt. Update Kristi from the bank was able to help me solve my problem of getting my escrow money back. She apologized for not getting back sooner as my email ended up in her spam for some reason. She was able to take care of everything very quickly. I found her to be very pleasant to speak with. Thank you Kristi for all your help and putting up with me who may not have been the nicest person to deal with.

Unfortunate Experience with Positive Resolution
As a new customer to Servbank, I had an initial issue with a duplicate mortgage payment. After several unsuccessful attempts to be refunded, VP of Customer Experience Kristi Schleicher was able to refund the full amount by end of business. She was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended.

I called to get my recurring payments re-set up after the mortgage had switched servicers. The first person I talked to was unfortunately curt, confusing, and unhelpful. However, I called back in hopes to speak with someone else, and thankfully that person was Logan. Logan listened to the issue I was having and calmly worked with me to find a solution. He communicated well and made sure I understood what was happening. He helped get my issue resolved which was a relief.

I got an email stating that my Mortgage was being drafted from my checking account and I did not authorize this. I contacted serve Bank via the Facebook app, and Christie was wonderful investigating this complaint, and showing me that the email was sent to me an error, which was a great relief.
