Bad quality service, lack of assistance from administration in case you need to address your query . All communication with the agency and assigned personnel was stressful , full of misunderstandings and not properly treated by the agency. I had to terminate the contract finally .

Shiva is charging a huge amount for their service taking advantage of the French tax credit, they basically cash in the entire credit on behalf of individuals.
For that price, i thought that the service would at least be good. Here is what happened:
- Fortunately, i had a camera because i would have been charged more than then time that was agreed.
- After the prestation, i could take pictures of my place which was dusty and some places that were clearly overlooked.
The company is just trying to apologize for the poor outsourcing they are doing of their staff.
I wish i read the bad trustpilot reviews before signing a contract with them cause they are also charging somekind of onboarding fee.
This is a disgrace.

By far, the worst experience in home-services in Paris.
The Magenta office is managed by a rather pretentious women thinking of delivering top-class services.
Reality is the following: 4 cleaning ladies changed in less than 4 months for multiple reasons.
1) The majority of the people working at Shiva not available at 8:30 a.m.
2) A vast majority without experience, too slow in ironing + cleaning a 40m in 2 hours...
3) Losing / breaking objects while cleaning
4) Stealing food... this is rather crazy

I recently moved into a new construction and requested a very specific cleaning to remove plaster dust from windows, doors and mouldings, and cement residue from floor and bathroom tiles. I specifically enumerated these items in writing. I met in person with the manager Florence Perrin, who toured my home. I pointed out every detail that I was concerned about, and was assured that they were up to the challenge. During my meeting with Madame Perrin, she told me that a fairly large crew would be needed and that they would be here for a full day. I agreed with her assessment.
When she sent me the date for my service, she had assigned only two people for four hours. I responded that this was not adequate, but she assured me that the team she was sending were extremely competant and not to worry.
They cancelled on the morning of the appointment because one of the women had an injury, and rescheduled for two days later. I had already competely disrupted my entire house to move all the furniture out of the way for them. There was no apology for the inconvenience of rescheduling.
When the alternate crew arrived two days later, they had been given zero instructions about my special circumstances. They had simply been told to do the windows and floors. No mention of the fact that the purpose was for post construction residue removal. No mention of the doors, mouldings, or stairs.
They did the best they could with the time they had but were unable to finish the job or even do a decent job rinsing the dissolving agent, much less actually remove the grout residue. This is a complete disaster for me as I am injured with a ruptured shoulder tendon, which was the whole reason for hiring someone to do this work in the first place.
They were unable to do the doors, the mouldings or the stairs, and for the floor and bathroom tiles, they really only had time to apply the dissolving product and do a hasty rince with the mop before they had to leave.
They were able to finish most of the windows inside and out and did a good job with that. They missed a small one in the guest bathroom.
It was absolutely ridiculous that Madame Perrin set these women up to fail by assigning them to a job that could never be completed in the amount of time they were allowed.
