Purchased a Cel-fi Go G41, spent over $1,700. Product does not work. No one from signal boosters will return my call. No one from Cel-Fi will return my call. Once you purchase something from here you are on your own. They are very helpful when ordering but once they get your money, your screwed!

I would not recommend wasting your time with either company!!!!

Absolute crooks. Provided a faulty part them promised to replace it under warranty. Have now been waiting over 9 months for replacement to arrive & they keep blaming couriers, have no intnention of providing anything or refunding any money. Should be in jail.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered an antenna from this company almost 3 weeks ago. I have called several times and left messages with their answering service who answers for their support, and no one has ever contacted me back! This company makes a lot of claims and offers, such as lifetime support, but what good is lifetime support of no one will ever call you back after numerous phone calls?!

Signal booster worked worked fantastic.

Purchased the signal booster due the fact I could not get above 2 bars and that was not even 3G. I live in the country with a metal framed home with metal roof, even out side I was limited. Installed unit and instantly had 3 to 4 bars of 4G LTE in house. Great product.

Works Great!

Installed very easily and boosted us from 1 bar to 3 solid bars and sometimes 4 bars. I can finally make calls in the house with no problem and no dropped calls. We live way out in the sticks and dont have all the luxuries so this was perfect for us. The only thing is, I wish I had bought it through Amazon.com as it was 50 dollars cheaper. Also it came with the R6 cable so must be there were enough complaints from others for the company to upgrade the cable. Absolutely works the way advertised!

Not worth the money

At the site of my outside antenna, I have three bars on my cell phone. I really expected that I would gain more inside the house. Maybe, a one bar gain on my cell on the inside. Two to three bar gain immediately next to the inside antenna.

I called and it was explained that the outside signal was too strong and the booster was trying to overcome the too strong signal. Hummmmm!

Guess I'll live with one bar gain, but very disappointed.

Incredibly fast service!

Signal boosters has a website with lots of good information and good navigation. I was pleasantly surprised with how fast they delivered my order!

Improved signal

Occasionally need to unplug to receive better signal, but happy not having to constantly search for signal around house.

Expected immediate improvement in cell service at the location.

in the 10 days that the booster has been installed, a few incoming calls have gone straight to voice mail and one cell phone will not send a text message even from the room with the booster in it. There has been an improvement overall, but we are keeping the box in case we feel that it's not worth $249 for minor improvements within our 30 day satisfaction guaranteed period.

very difficult to get a double green on the home 3G

I moved the antenna box all over the roof and every side of the house for almost 10 hours. I kept getting flashing Reds and flashing oranges. I finally ran the antenna wire through the basement and out the basement window about 40 feet from the box. With the antenna box laying on its side and the Tower side facing the wall I get a double green.. if I put it in any other position the orange light flashes and I don't get a signal. My signal fluctuates from -107 to - 95. It is now working but it is a very quirky product to deal with.

Hi David, sorry for the delay. With red lights, it usually means the inside and outside antenna are too close together and need more separation because of oscillation. Usually moving the inside antenna farther away remedies this.

Orange lights means the outside antenna is actually pulling in too much signal which might cause overload, so slightly pointing the outside antenna away in small increments, unplugging and replugging the booster should fix this.

If you have any other issues, email us at sales@signalboosters.com. Thank you.
