The instructional videos and articles are tedious and confusing; if you don't get live phone support you are wasting your time.

I've used this app for over a year for my business to text groups and customers details for tours they've booked. While it can work well I've run into multiple issues getting quick and efficient support when messages aren't being pushed through. As we send out these details day-of my messages are often time-sensitive and to keep a message in 'monitoring' for over 30 minutes is detrimental to my business model as well as frustrating when 15 minutes is listed as the max time messages should be held. There have recently been bugs in their 'List' features as well. Contacts haven't displayed correctly and in some cases at all meaning I've sent duplicate messages or sent them on the wrong days. I've raised this issue to support multiple times and they state they are aware and working to 'fix the bug.' However it's now been 2 weeks since I've first heard this and the 'bugs' have gotten worse. I'm planning on finding a new texting service as this no longer works for my particular needs.

CZA did an amazing job spending time with me to fix initial glitches and she is also available to me with ongoing support and learning. Not for businesses with time-sensitive messages.

The worst customer service I've ever…
The worst customer service I've ever seen. Nothing but issue after issue after issue. TONS of stipulations that were never disclosed, they lost us tens of thousands of dollars in potential business.
No phone number, no email, just chat. They will tell you they will call you back but your phone will not ring. I requested 6 callbacks (that take 15 minutes) over 5 days and no one called. Their chat team will blatantly lie to you to take your money. Run, dont walk away from these scammers

I had used a different leading texting service for a couple of years before moving to SimpleTexting. I have found the ease of use, the immediate customer service, and the price to be much better for us at our business. I mainly send out promotional text. This service has worked best for me.

Always quick to respond with correct answers
We use ST for our seasonal business so we step away in the off season. When we come back there often is a new need or we forget something and the ST team is always quick to answer with accurate and correct info. They were also helpful in the past with some custom needs due to the seasonality of our business and the unique nature of some of our texts.

The support is way beyond what you'd expect from a company who manages TEXTS for a living! Of all things ... They are the sweetest, nicest, and most professional bunch! There are some quirks about this program that makes it not as user friendly as the last program I used for text messaging
1. Can not change landing page - to default to see my inbox first
2. just to email 2 people, I must :create a campaign:

all the promises
all the promises, then you sign on. oh we have this text that needs to go along with it on all your messages in non-modifiable version. all these different carrier approvals. once you have gone through a few weeks of this approval stuff, we got tired of it and request 30 days money back garante...holy hell.....they yank out these ridiculous terms and conditions, all the chat goes down and they go hostile. stay away
