Overall pretty solid. Pc is decent I’m not exactly sure what I’m looking for to say great but everything works and was shipped fashionably, 2-4 business days as expressed. Website was shotty on purchase but could’ve been my internet or purchasing from a phone.
after 6 months had an issue with windows 11 downloading my drivers on a prism 3. the company was extremely hgelpful even though i was difficult as a customer and i was extremeley rude as well. and the company still after all that sent me a return label to repair the computer. and not only did they pay for it all but they also swapped out my power color radeon rx7800 ct. for a challenger of the same spec. and as of right now i beleive the challenger is 200$ more than the power color. so pretty sure we can all agree this company deserves so much love thank you so much. It would be great if the site showed items that were out of stock, with projected fill dates, so that builds could be submitted once the desired products are available.
Not knowing if various coupon codes stack, was kind of frustrating. During a live chat received codes SMS50 and UNIQUEKARNAGE. The SMS50 was removed during checkout. Additionally, there does not seem to be a military discount for active duty or retired military personnel.
The chat log was never sent to my email as the send transcript indicates. I had to copy and paste it to another document.
PC was packaged really. No loose cords and the only touch up was moving the GPU holder up a little more. Came with a folder with good instructions and PC was easy to setup.

Was skeptical but decided to bite the bullet and buy a custom pc.
Just received my pc everything works fine so far looks great and is silent!!
Also came with a M/K which was nice i definitely needed new ones.

Try to look up the computer to double check the stats, now its all of a sudden not on the site- the graphics are terrible, something I would expect from a $250 computer not one at $1000. My account is "missing" so I can't look at anything there. My daughter is in tears because she can't play valorant on this thing. I will probably be returning it. So I guess consider this a rating on the service AND the product.

Absolutely horrible experience. Took my skytech per-built pc out of the box. The case was not what was advertised and I couldn't even pull the front cover off. Put it right back in the box and returned it immediately. A $2300 pre-built pc should be flawless. Unless skytech is willing to reimburse me for the time waiting for it to be shipped back and new one to be shipped to me I will be buying somewhere else.

All the specs and pricing are clearly displayed for all the prebuilt PC's. Easy to navigate website. Easy checkout process, no needless popups/50 different check boxes/10 different webpages/etc. The whole process was smooth and I will be returning Skytech customer in the future!

Although the response time took a little while to respond to my call, Timothy, the service technician did a wonderful job on my gaming console. he took over my desktop remotely and fix my video card problem His service was courteous and precise. Thanks again to the Skytech technical team. This also urged me to buy another year of service from them.
