I have recently bought the Honor Magic6 pro from Spectronic Australia. I was a bit worried the phone wouldn't work in Australia, but customer service was really diligent in answering all my questions about it. After I purchased it (at the best possible price), and throughout the process, it was really easy to track. Phone arrived on expected date and works perfectly. I'll definitely go back to them when the time comes to buy a new one. Some reviews I read made me a bit wary, but the shopping experience was fantastic! Definitely recommended!!!!

Fair play to these folks, I bought a new Xiaomi 14 Ultra at a great price, with the photography kit.

After a few months, the photography kit handle stopping working and kept saying it needed an update which then always failed.

It took a wee while to get a response from the Spectronic team, but after some persistence they got back to me and said that since the photography kit was an additional accessory it didn't have the same warranty as the phone itself. For this reason they offered to simply send me a complete new photography kit, which I gladly accepted and it arrived very promptly.

Cannot thank you all enough for the service!

DO NOT TRUST THEIR INVENTORY. They take your order , inform you about delivery time from 5 to 6 days and won't deliver. Today is my 15th day and I haven't received my order. And still they are asking for another 4 to 5 days

The real deal and can recommend

Great product and no issues after 1 month of use so far. Super happy with the price and speed of delivery.
Must admit I was a tiny bit hesitant as with all Chinese phones it's sometimes hard to find a legitimately new phone and not refurbished, this was brand new from the box and will definitely buy from spectronic again next upgrade!

I bought a New The Nothing Phone 1 for a great price! Cheaper than anywhere else that I could find.
I got what I ordered and it took a little longer because it had to come from Hongkong instead of Melbourne. Great outlet to have in Australia for very good prices!!. I'll be buying here again. Thanks Spectronic 😀�

My best online shopping experience

To replace my old, broken smartphone, I did a research and found what I want. However, it's a Chinese brand so I had to buy from an online shop.
Because of many bad experiences with online shopping, even from big companies, I hesitated to order online again.
However, Spectronic Australia is different, giving me the best experience of online shopping so far. The website is easy for searching, browsing, and very helpful assistance. Ordering quick and easy. I could track my phone throughout the delivery process. My phone arrived after a few days - as Spectronic promised - well-packed, no damage. Spectronic always informed me during that time in a professional manner. One more point: price is lower than other shops about $100 (AUD).
I wrote this review a few weeks after receiving the phone because I had to test it properly, make sure it is a genuine one. 😃
What else do you want to see from an online shopping company?

Troubles on the Checkout Page

It wouldn't allow me to pay the way I wanted and took ages to load anything on the checkout page. Also, you sent this review email before the phone arrived which made me think that it wasn't coming (lost in transit, etc.) and so I'd have to figure out how to get it or get my money back.
I liked this because it actually had a global version of the phone arrive. I read the reviews before purchasing the phone and multiple had commented they didn't get the global version even though the product had said "global version".
