Sadly my item arrived damaged. The frame was shattered leaving tiny pieces of glass throughout the box. The packaging, although cute, would benefit from a little more padding and support for shipping. I had purchased expedited shipping as it was a time sensitive purchase. When I reached out via phone, I received the same automated msg on repeat with no beep to leave a voicemail. I then emailed them directly and have yet to hear a response. I have however received 2 email asking for this review.
Everything went smoothly and timely. Very satisfied

The best start name registry experience I have
I wanna buy two identical gift set but the website only allows one shipping address. So I contact the support via online chat. The Customer Service Advisor called Ryan helped me ALL out and he did everything he can to separate the order and now I don't need to worry any of them. It is the best experience I have, especially with Ryan. He is so helpful and friendly. I am so dammed happy now and just gonna wait for the physical one to arrive.

Not worth the cost- Thoroughly Sad
I was quite excited when I ordered this product but several things left me disappointed.
First, Star Name Registry is very difficult to contact, as I had shipping issues.
Next, the product itself is disappointing... the box and presentation is not worth the price. I was also letdown by the App... I could have easily used Google to find the same location of the star. They should just take the money from their overpriced product and build a better App... one that allows your GPS to find your star.
Lastly, they should choose a better freight company. I hate DHL- they always do something to mess up the delivery. In this case, I requested a change in delivery location the same day as I received the shipping confirmation, from my office location to my home location. They missed the confirmed delivery date (too late for the occasion that I bought the gift for). They dont deliver on weekends, and their customer service line is closed over the weekend. And then, finally when the package arrived, it was delivered to the original address, not the new confirmed address. I had to pay another $15 for a courier to deliver it to my house.
A total disaster all around. Save your money and buy a telescope.

Good but not delivered on time
I chose a standard star package as a wedding anniversary gift for my husband. Despite choosing the express delivery package (additional 12 CAD) I didn't receive the package on time. The customer service replied after 24 hours of the expected delivery date and I received my parcel 4 days after the expected date. No effort was made to return my extra charges or offer something alternatively.
Otherwise, the package was very well packed and with a beautiful deed. My husband loved it.

Ordered from Canada on what I thought was a Canadian site... only to receive a package from a completely different company name and a charge of over $30 to release it.... Of course I refused the package and because I had not ordered from that company only to think about it a day later and it this! No mention what so ever on the site that its shipped from the US.... I wish I researched this site better....
