I absolutely love the idea of being able to purchase a star and name it. The detailed information you get with the deed is very insightful. The packaging they came in was excellent shipping was quick. I had to reach out to customer service with a question via email and I was very impressed with the quick response. Overall I would definitely recommend this to anyone and I will purchase more in the future. Happy stargazing!! 🌟

From the idea of this as a gift for our first newly born grandson, it was incredibly easy to navigate the website and make decisions about what we wanted. Tracking the delivery was easy as well. One note, it would be good if you included a picture of the constellation with an arrow indicating the star in the folder. Other than that, everything about the experience was first rate.

My cousin bought my baby boy a star in his name but unfortunately put Lucas instead of his given name Luke. I contacted the company and they responded and fixed the problem in the same day!! New star arrives in 3-7 business days which is super fast considering they are in the UK and I am in Canada. Danielle T helped me and she was very quick and pleasant to work with!! 😊

My husband’s workplace registered a star in the name of our son who recently passed away. We live in Canada and when we received the star name registry gift, we soon realized that the star registered under our sons name is one that can only be viewed in the Southern Hemisphere. I contacted customer support and was helped by Meredith. She changed our star free of charge to one we can see year round in the Northern Hemisphere. We received a notice that we had to pay duties and taxes (again) when accepting the package. I contacted Meredith again and she said she would cancel the delivery requiring duties and taxes and send it via Royal Mail if that’s our preference. All in all she was very helpful and accommodating. I have had a positive experience in dealing with her and this company.

“I received the deed for an extra bright star in memory of my 15 year old son. It is so beautiful and such a wonderful way to feel that your loved one is twinkling up high in the sky.
My kids and I enjoyed laying out on the grass looking up at the stars and now it has even more meaning for us to know that my son would be looking right down at us 💚
I was very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend this company.
The only thing I didn’t realize is when I ordered 2 copies of the deed in the “extra’s� column, I received 2 deeds in total instead of 3�

I realized that I had misspelled the quote I wanted printed on the star deed a few hours after having paid so I started an online chat and Danielle had everything fixed in two minutes or less! I got the extra bright star,about $90.00. You get about $10.00 worth of paper(certificate and map). After ordering, I came upon other sites, that offered the same type for about 50% less. So do your home work before you order. You really just get a fantasy that you own a star with your name on it. You can print a star chart and a temp plate certificate for free on the net.
