They don’t return calls. We were supposed to be charged $20 for the month to try it out but they charged us over $500. And can’t even use it because the $20/mth doesn’t provide enough “credit” to text our 250 people. Wish I had seen all the other reviews prior to signing up. We will have to dispute the charge with our cc company because I’ve tried calling, emailing and even texting our “personal concierge” numerous times with no response

I was overcharged $780.00. When I brought it to their attention, I was refunded. However, there was also a price increase that I was not contacted about. I didn’t agree to the increase. On my textedly Home Screen my original plan price was clearly listed at my original rate which they refused to honor. Also, The login process is atrocious. It’s like a hamster wheel. You’ve gotta go to your email and click login many times. It doesn’t login on the first or second try it takes about three times to login. You cannot delete anyone from the account that is no longer on your list. Not the best program not the best customer service.

It isn't configured for simple and straightforward mobile use. I usually wait to post until I get to laptop because it's difficult to do from my phone.

Marketing is considered to be something that my business required when it as launched. Yeah, we had a bit of marketing those times just because we needed to launch the conversion at least just for paying all the debts and cover all the manadatory expenses, however we also wanted to generate the income, as it as primarily the most crucial thing for us.
I applied to this company because I understood that it would be better to outsource marketing.

Moreover, the expenses were grounded into the budget soon and we still work with this company in a common goal - increase conversion and defeate competirors.

After spending fifth of thousands of…

After spending fifth of thousands of dollars on promotional materials that included this service, we now have to locate another provider and start again since we wanted it to work for many of the people we recommended it to. We do not advise doing business with this firm.

A single key word was effective

A single key word was effective. In the worst case scenario, I forgot this was on a monthly payment and my credit card was hacked. When they proceeded to spend the money, they stated my subscription was up. They get paid, but they won't let you spend it. You don't receive what you paid for, either. Credit is mentioned, but you lose them every month, so you lose if you don't have 2000 to give. I can't utilize my 2000 credit, I was told when I called. and is not eligible for a refund. Stay away from this bad company unless you want your money taken! This is not good business.

The length of time it takes to arrange…

The length of time it takes to arrange is my main grievance with Textedly. You may only select one page at a time, and each page has only 100 numbers. I must thus go to page one, choose ALL on that page, select ALL on page two, and so on until I have five pages and 500 texts if I am sending 500 SMS at noon today. However, I must travel through pages 1–5 in order to reach the next set if I want to send the identical text to 500 more individuals at 2:00 PM (so we're spacing texts and not overloading phones/websites). Scheduling more than 10,000 texts can take a long time, and it does.

When it is difficult to utilise

When it is difficult to utilise, there is a lack of assistance. It sometimes takes hours or days to return and is of little assistance. For instance, I tried to send a 144-character text message last Friday, but it glitched and wouldn't let me. In the hopes that it might assist, I finally chopped my list in half. Although it claimed to have used two text messages valued more than $200, it did send. The message was even sent to me as a single text message. Now that it's 3 p.m. on Monday, after three days, I'm expecting that someone will eventually assist me. The lone respondent claimed that I was at blame and that I ought to have utilised incognito. As an additional example, you purchase a "keyword" and must manually unsubscribe each and every person on the list in order to cease paying for it. Other subtleties: The system cannot tell whether a person is on two lists, thus if you wish to send a message to someone who is subscribed to multiple keywords, it will send them the same text twice. Additional issues: Your subscribers will see the smallest thumbnail size when you send them a photo that seems fine in preview or test. Another: The text system occasionally experiences outages.

Textedly declines to assist

Textedly declines to assist. It's quite suspicious. I estimate that this company employs two to four individuals, and they use an answering service that has no knowledge of the business and is unable to provide me with names. They seem to be hiding and lying about themselves, in my opinion. Before registering, I would investigate further and stay away from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] because she comes out as spiteful and has a big attitude.

Buyer cautious if you or the other person text you to end the relationship. Textedly will purposefully prevent your company from obtaining their clientele. Additionally, they stated in the text. Terms and conditions that they would sell your client list.

I paid for their service 2 days ago

I paid for their service 2 days ago, and 5 minutes after giving them my credit card information get text and email saying pay again for upgrade. There support chat box is awful with auto crap and mocks you. Over the past 2 days they have taken 262.00 for service they claim didn't receive payment for and still shows free trail. There guarantee is bogus will not be charged during free trail cancel anytime 100% customer satisfaction guarantee or money back. They are fraud and I am going make it a point to get this site taken down, and they keep charging $30 over and over when can't even send one test text. When get done with this review going report them to BBB, Federal Trade Commission, and FBI. They violate your privacy, STAY AWAY.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service, I have ever worked with. Not friendly, or knowledgeable about services offered. Charges customer and refuses to offer refund for services not rendered. They will also lock your account after re-charging payment without notice.
