I have worked with many sms platforms in the past dropcowboy, textedly, slick texting just to name a few. Textline is by far the best text platform I have used. They're support staff is amazing and easy to communicate with where other platforms it is always hard to get a hold of someone. Ece, the representative that helped me get set up was very helpful with both accounts I have set up with them. I highly recommend.
As a newer TextLine customer, we are enjoying the ease and convenience of texting our customers directly from our CRM, Pipedrive. The Tech support has helped us work out some minor issues with our integrations and now we are texting and seeing a great response from it. The app is user-friendly the factor that it is an SMS line it also has features of a chatting or email style as you may send attachments and photos compared to a regular text from a phone unless you are using an IOS like imessages.
