I found The Mobile Guru is very efficient but a word of warning
I found The Mobile Guru very acceptable to deal with and sale of my iPad 8th Generation was prompt and efficient.
I was informed every step of the way regarding the return of the product and details of the price they were prepared to pay.
My iPad 8th Gen was in mint condition, and I was offered $230.00.
They agreed this was the case but advised the battery condition was 87% and reassessed the price to $200.
I would contend that would be consistent with an iPad of that age.
I recently sold an iPhone 12 in good condition with some general wear and tear scratches as documented on their website and the price offered was $370. When the phone arrived, it was reassessed at $160.
As efficient as the organisation is and the fact that it is a buyer's market, there are other organisations that I have dealt with that maybe not as structured, the price agreed to is better and does reflect the age of a device.
Maybe if you just returned a totally new product to them, they would still find an issue to drop the agreed price.

This site is legit, filled out the form ticked what I thought my phone was worth, was in communication all the time via email.
Once they checked out my phone they told me what they felt it was worth and were very fair with the estimate.
