I got behind on my payments due to personal issues. But finally talked to Chris, I was able to get caught up on my payments. So for Christmas I was so short on cash, I was able to refinance and get enough to go on with getting gifts. If you don't have the money for your monthly payment, talk to the mgr, he will work things out in helping the customer. Be nice 🙂
Simple easy process, had my loan the next day. The folks at Tower are kind and friendly. It helps if you have your current bank statement printed and a list of assets (such as a car, motorcycle, etc to secure the loan. Everyone has a hard time once in a while. They can help you to get past recovering from injury or divorce, change of job, or move to accommodate a job change.
