The Travelex App has been a great resource to have when travelling around Europe. I was able to access my money, manage my money and easily transfer my money from my NZ account to top up my Money Card without having any problems. Ensure the app is set up prior to your travels, and save your security details so that you don’t have to do it every time you top up your card. A great way to travel without having to worry about that part of your experience!

Unreliable...had a few transactions ( about 4) that I don't recognize or approve. Called support system and they said all i can do is block the card. Not using this service ever again.

Very unclear and slow process for foreign exchange resulting significant delays getting cash. Last straw for me - I’ve moved to Wise Card - better rates, more control.

Overall experience is great in terms of deposit, transfering to a currency and using the physical card.
One place where travelex can be improved is withdrawal of funds which should be more easier for the customers (where they can deposit it to a bank account directly).

Staff member was polite but seemed slightly unorganised.
Similar to last time with a chaotic counter.
Bits of paper seemed to be everywhere.

I couldn't purchase foreign currency using the app. I didn't like the fact that I couldn't choose my own password. The helpline, at times, was difficult to understand and unable to resolve my app issues. It would be great to have the ability to issue multiple cards for 1 account.
