The water spray head that came with our original bathroom furniture was leaking so we ordered an expensive Crosswater one from the UK bathroom store. It looked a bit flimsy, some of it was plastic instead of metal, but it has done the trick and there is no more leaking. Quick delivery also.
I bought a replacement toilet seat after a lot of searching. The item as advised by UKBathroomstore was ideal for the purpose, a low cost and delivered in good condition. My score would have been higher if I had been informed of when the item was expected to be delivered until shortly before.
So the manufacturer of what I ordered were slow, but, to be fair to UK Bathroom Store, they did care and did chase it up, even though I'd already paid. So, probably better than you can usually expect on-line!
Found these lovely taps to replace old but identical ones at such a great price, and the service was excellent

The live chat function was difficult to navigate. I kept starting conversations which seemed to get terminated. No answer to my question after 3 efforts.

I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with the LiveChat function. This facility is manned from 8-5pm Mon-Fri and we don't really have any issues with it's functionality.
It's possible it can drop out like this if you are in an area with poor wifi as it needs a fairly constant connection to work.
However we also have our team on hand by phone or e-mail if the Live Chat was not an option, we generally answer all calls within 3 rings during working hours and and answer all e-mails within 2 working hours.
If you would like to give us a call I am sure our team will be able to answer your question quickly.
I had a problem placing an online order so I phoned them expecting to be put on hold and forced to listen to tedious music but I actually got through to a human being within a few seconds who sorted my problem straightaway. Superb personal service.
