Out of curiosity, I had to book a meeting with my pension advisor for me to gain more knowledge about my pension -- e.g. How my pension is being invested and what I should expect when I go on pension. Johnny Holm is the pension advisor who was assigned to me. During our meeting, I never had an issue with Johnny as he was very knowledgeable about the subject matter and very accommodating for any question I asked during our meeting. The atmosphere in the meeting was very light, open and natural -- so I was able to ask questions and got the right answers.

Analog paperwork
I've changed jobs, and had to start paying for myself in the new place as they didn't have a company-wide pension and insurance partner. However, Velliv was ill-prepared for this, sending me some forms I had to print out, sign - and have signed by my new place of work - and then scan and send it back. I have never received a confirmation from a human being, and eventually got an Eboks message that they haven't heard from me and thus are cancelling all my coverages, despite my efforts. I am sick of it. Switching to another provider.

Tak for din mail. Jeg er ked af, hvis din bonus ikke levede op til forventningen. Jeg kan dog trøste dig med, at bonussen stiger i takt med din opsparing.
I år har du fået en bonus på 0,2 procent af den opsparing, som du havde pr. 31. december 2021 - eller som minimum 125 kr. De 0,2 procent svarer til 2.000 kroner før skat for en opsparing på 1 mio. kroner, så der er håb forude.

A very pleasant experience.
I had a thorough and good walk-through, that explained all the options to me, including 53a and the possibilities I would have there, as a recent immigrant to Denmark. The meeting was held completely in English, and there was a lot of patience and time for all of my questions, while not being pushy in any way to pay more or buy add-ons.

Great experience
