I had a crash with my e-MTB and damaged some transmission parts. Claims were raised by my dealer and everything was approved and processed in no time. My bike was repaired promptly as well. Very happy with the service.

I still don´t know what happened really...
For years it was great, every problem would be solved super fast, the service incredible and never a problem regarding the invoices...
Today my Bike contract has been terminated by WERTGARANTIE because of too many claims (1or 2 a year)... I made an insurance for my bike because it´s my main means of transport in the city. This happened after my bike broke because of an accident with Tram railing and I just bought a new one.
Answering an Email takes them 2 weeks these days, they are not as friendly as they used to be... I really don´t know what happened but it feels scammy. I have been with them for 4 years. As an old or new customer you don´t like being treated like that...
So sad.
I need to find a new insurance. Unfortunately at this point I cannot recomment WERTGARANTIE.

For the bike they support and give all money related to my damaged cost by the accident which was 70€ (Invoice from the repairman)
then after 3 years my bike got stolen with initial price of 1300€ and total with accessories and locks 1500€. as second hand with accessorizes 1100 €
WERTGARANTIE send me 1019 back but they terminate the insurance for me !

Für das Fahrrad unterstützen und geben sie alle Geld im Zusammenhang mit meiner beschädigten Kosten durch den Unfall, die 70 € (Rechnung vom Mechaniker) war
dann nach 3 Jahren mein Fahrrad gestohlen wurde mit ursprünglichen Preis von 1300€ und insgesamt mit Zubehör und Schlösser 1500€. als zweite Hand mit accessorizes 1100 €
WERTGARANTIE schickt mir 1019 zurück, aber sie kündigen die Versicherung für mich!

Scam Company
Customer service is total useless, the only answer they gave "I can´t help you". Was being scammed into having it through a Phone Dealer without my consent nor any paperwork to sign back in 2017. When I´ve noticed it, I directly "canceled" it, they can´t even provide me a written contract where I´ve "signed", this happened in 2018 . And now they sent me an Invoice through Inkasso in 2022 for 3 tripple the amount. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY!

Awfull company
Awfull company, their premium plan is scam. They will say stuff like you opended the item we won't fix it lol. Even that they know that the law allows you to open your laptop, PC to replace ram or Drive anyhow they said that their premium it covers everything from water damege to lost stolen that is BS they just scam people for sub.. I would really like this cancer company to just get bankrupted.. 10 months of 13€ lost due the scammy awful support they have..

Worst choice ever signing a contract…
Worst choice ever signing a contract with them! My bike got stolen and now this very insurance company and the bike-shop are playing blame-ping-pong, who gets to pay me out. I'm feeling screwed over.
Also, as I am writing this, I've spent 39 mins on hold, without any information what so ever.
Avoid them at all cost.
