Worst company to deal with from their customer service to their products I had to replace my black ink so I order 2 sets of cartridges from 123 refills the 1st one I got the massage saying damage please replace so I install the 2nd one receive the same message no tact the company and her is their response

I apologize for the inconvenience.
I have just got an update from my department that unfortunately we will not be able to help you with any more replacements or refund and if in case you need new cartridges from us then you can only buy OEM HP Brand cartridges.
If I can give them less than 0 rating I would have, please stay away and check their Yelp reviews they are so bad.

I placed an order. The order was confirmed and my credit card was charged. A day later, I received an e-mail saying that "We are in receipt of your approved request, your account will be refunded". I have never canceled my order. If you cannot fulfill my order, you should at least tell me the reason instead of simply cancel my order! I highly doubt the credit of this seller. Is this a legit seller?
Patrick handled the correction of my order like a true sales professional. We communicated first by chat and then we spoke to each other. He is very polite and speaks very clearly and slowly which would be beneficial to older customers that may have hearing difficulty. He confirmed everything we discussed and the changes requested by follow-up emails. He also directed me to the Accounting dept to complete the new order details and the refund on the order I had made a mistake on. 123Refills should be very proud to have such good support staff.

Excellent customer service

I ordered sublimation ink and paid for an urgent shipment that was supposed to be at my shop in 8 days. I called, and after 8 days, they lied that they shipped, but the track # showed that they didn't do anything. I asked them to cancel it, but they told me they had already shipped, which wasn't true.

I've never had ink recognition problems…
I've never had ink recognition problems from my Epson using refills, but 2 of the cartridges sent by 123refills failed despite every effort to resolve. I went on Chat, and Steve was outstanding. He upped the issue to the support team, and they will resolve my problem with new cartridges. Thanks 123!

Reasonable prices and good services make an important reason to use their offers. Place an order and forgot to tick the box before sending for the discount code and free shipping. Sent an email and gave the code and asked if it would be accepted. Receive a reply from David Smith telling me he has issued a credit for the shipping and did apply the discounts. That is good service.

Help completing order
Placing an order this morning I had trouble signing into my account. I chatted with Sam who was most helpful and courteous and patient. Being a little older with some hearing impairment, it's always a bonus when the representative speaks clearly and slow enough for me to understand what is being said. Within a few minutes my order was completed. I was all customer service agents were as thorough and competent as Sam is. It was a wonderful experience

A print head came with my cartridges
I thought the cartridges I received were incompatible with my printer, but Steve immediately recognized the problem and pointed out that there was a print head included with my cartridges. I printed a test page while Steve was still with me, and it worked great! I was extremely happy that my problem was so easily solved by Steve!

I was asked for a password
I was asked for a password, I entered the password then tried to log in and was told my password was not accepted. I then received a password to use from 123refills. Tried taht password and that also was not accepted??????
