Decent service but locked in!

A very slow service
i did not know why my company bought health insurance from them, they are careless about there customers. They are so fast to answer when you wrote bad about there service but slow to give you a treatment

They can't be slower because it's impossible
I had Velliv with my former company. Worked perfectly. I asked for higher insurance coverage and extra contributions. Easy. It was done within a month.
Changed jobs and AP pension was the pension fund provided by my new company. Ever since April I have been trying to have my pension fund moved to them, include extra contributions and have a higher insurance (paying extra for the higher coverage, of course). They have been extremely slow and inefficient. Only when I requested information for an appointment (in late May) they started requesting extra information about my health, and I realised that they had done NOTHING. A visit to the specialist for a minimal routine consultation has now stopped the process. So it makes me wonder: if this is onboarding a customer who will pay extra, I don't want to imagine what the process is like for someone filing a claim.
I decided to move my existing pension fund to another institution (yes, it might even come at a slight loss for me) and I will most likely end up taking insurance elsewhere, since it has taken almost 4 months and nothing has been achieved from their side.
Avoid if you can! Unfortunately I have to have them as a pension fund (with lower returns when compared to other options).
Update 1:
1. I reached out to Jannick from AP Pension, at the email indicated below. As of today, I have not received any messages from them.
2. It took less than 2 weeks to move my fund from Velliv to another fund thru my bank. Something that AP Pension couldn't do in almost 4 months. It feels as if AP Pension has ZERO interest in money, so I wonder how they look after people's pension funds and get any revenue.
Update 2:
After writing to AP Pension through their homepage, they revert informing that I must contact my pension broker because they are not involved in the process. Funny, when all the communication regarding the life insurance has been directly with AP Pension.

My review is really given for the poor web access, I never experienced a web page that's down probably half the times I try to log in. this is 2024 and the built inside the webpage is like 1990 - think you should spend a little bit of money getting that updated

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service.
I requested payment of my pension in late February as I changed my job and my new employer has an agreement with another pension company.
I sent contact forms on their website with further questions on 28/03, no response. Waited on the phone for several times, but could not have the honor to speak with someone due to long queues.
It was very fast and straight forward while signing up for the pension, but no further assistance since then.

After filing a insurance claim in early September 2023 and not hearing anything back, I contacted them again a month later where they said "sorry, we didn't 'see' your claim", but somehow they could see it in the system after I called to follow up. In November they evaluated my claim but never got back to me about the result. So in December 2023 I follow up where they say "oh sorry, your claim is valid, but the computer says no". Now over 7 months after the claim, which they acknowledge is valid and accepted, I still have received nothing but excuses and evasions.
If you have the choice, stay away, because they will not help you when you actually need it.

I'm sure if you'd actually look in your CRM you'd see what the situation is instead of trying something that looks like misdirection.
Also, magically after posting this review, I heard back from customer service that due to computer issues, there had been delays, but everything would be finalized by late next week. Problem is I've been hearing that for months now, so I'll believe it when I see it.

Snail-Mail in 2024!?
AP Pension wants to have physical, paper, mail sent to them for me to buy their services.
And they take 15 days to reply to an email.
Imagine when you (or your family) need their services how "easy and quick" it will be?
Needless to say, I won't do business with such a company.
