It has been the best experience I have had with Aros. I have not filed so many claims in the past but the first one I did with Aros was handled super efficiently by Mark Bollerup. I am so impressed : I always was under the impression that insurance agencies found some reason not to pay. Not Aros! They saw our loss and made it good without any hesitation. Kudos to you!!

Jeg anbefaler stærkt AROS for deres tjenester og tilbud. Jeg havde en behagelig oplevelse med at tale med deres ledere om forsikringsplanen. En god ting er, at de tilbyder med meget rimelige priser sammenlignet med andre forsikringsselskaber.
Jeg vil varmt anbefale til enhver forsikring, hvis du ønsker at købe/bytte fra andre forsikringer til AROS.
Da jeg er udstationeret, er jeg lidt skeptisk over for kundeservicen. Jeg vil specielt nævne Muin, den unge professionelle, hjalp mig og ordnede alle mine spørgsmål. Deres hurtige responstid er virkelig utrolig. Jeg forventer at fortsætte den samme service fremover....

I highly recommend AROS for their services and offerings. I had a pleasant experience talking to their executives on the insurance plan. Good thing is they are offering with very reasonable prices when compared to other insurance companies.
I would highly recommend for any insurances if you are looking to buy/swap from other insurances to AROS.
Being an expat, I'm little skeptical about the customer service. I would specially mention Muin, the young professional, helped me and sorting out all my questions. Their quick response time is really incredible. I would expect to continue the same service going forward....

After moving to Denmark, I bought home content with liability insurance in Aros Forsikring. During the conversation with the agent I told him I needed damage insurance in the apartment I was renting. Unfortunately, when it came time to verify the insurer - damage of lamp, he refused to pay the damage. I found out that I should buy an additional insurance option that I was not informed about at the time of purchase. From my point of view their insurance
is useless. Watch out for them
