1) Advised by the delivery Company the drivers finished at 6pm they were still stuck in traffic at NottingHill in London. They were told that they had to make a delivery to me by 7.30pm I refused and I am really glad I did, very aggressive driver.
2)Just to clarify I had no contact with the driver I was sitting in my living room when he entered my house and then phoned his company for 4 men to carry the bath up the stairs. He was standing on my driveway you were on the phone with me and you asked to speak to him and he refused to speak to you.
He was measuring everything with a piece of string you can see the string he was holding on the camera.
3) Personal remarks asking what the problem was.
4) Sex and age discrimination I asked you for your head office telephone number to speak to your the person over you as we were going round in circles you refused
(Because I was a 75year old female you just ignored me). This was from 9-11 December.
5) The Manager you need a refresher course on your managerial skills as you totally made the situation worse. A sheer lack of communication skills between you and the delivery company. Why did the driver refuse to speak to you? I still want your head office details as I want to put a formal complaint against you. Y
6) The manager at Bathroom Supplies On line why were you so upset when I asked to speak to either your superiors or someone else frightened in case you loose your job?
7) The bath was left on my driveway. You left a message on my answering machine 10.08am saying my husband would sort the situation out.
No companies that sell walk in baths to disabled people do not loose money because they deduct the VAT of £670 had been added to the price of the goods. And then ducted due to a disability.
That bath cost me £4,030 including delivery. I am still waiting for the refund of £35.
It took my husband and my son-in-law less than 10 from my driveway to my front door and up the stairs to the bathroom.
They are willing to train the delivery driver how to deliver large items I think your company would benefit
from that.
I am still waiting for the refund of the delivery charged as suggested by you The Manager Bathroom Supplies Online.
You said that they made a delivery just for me on the 11th I will once again have to correct you that a very large truck had several small boxes to be delivered.
Just to confirm I wouldn’t touch either the Bathroom Supplies Online or the delivery company with a barge pole.
