Very good value and excellent customer service
I ordered a Burlington bathroom suite and accessories from this site as they were by far and away the most cost effective of all the online stores and you can't order products direct from Burlington.
I had my reservations because the price was so much cheaper compared to other more well known websites and having read the bad reviews on this website I was put off slightly but I'm glad I took the chance. The service and goods were both excellent so wanted to reassure other people.
Spoke to someone on the phone to place my order as a couple of the items in the catalogue weren't on the website and they managed to order them for me no problem. Everything arrived in one shipment the following week- make sure you have someone strong to help offload products from the van as technically the driver isn't allowed in your property. A couple of the items were faulty and I spoke to Brad who ordered replacements that were sent out within a week. Cannot fault the service and I couldn't find anywhere offering prices as competitive. Highly recommended.

Absolutely dreadful service - deal with them at your own peril
I have ordered a shower screen of this company at 5.20 in the evening. I was told that due to the order being out of hours ( admittedly it was after 5 - but they advertise as being open until 6pm) they cannot check stock and confirm delivery times , but that I will be emailed the next day to confirm delivery date. No email arrived so I emailed them to ask . No reply. Then I made the fatal mistake to phone them - an incredibly rude man ( by his own admission the boss) basically told me off for daring to ask such a question! He told me that the delivery company will phone me to let me know! I have never heard such a load of rubbish in my life - the onus is not on the delivery company- it is on the merchant to confirm when the goods will be delivered . He would not admit he was wrong not to respond to my emails, but conceded to enquire with the delivery company as to when the delivery will be.... As you can gather, he did not do this and never heard from him until I took things up with trading standards!
The delivery company did email me the next day and delivered the goods - fabulous service, this whole thing has nothing to do with them. It turns out that bathroomsonline is only a dishonest middleman! The delivery was organised by the manufacturer, hence his inability to tell me when this will be! I would not have minded if he would have told me that the delivery will be in 10 days, so long as I know - but he kept fobbing me off.
I would definitely not buy from this company again and would seriously warn others about these time wasters!

Order with Caution!!!
I made an online order on 08/08/12 for a set of bathroom accessories (total cost including P&P was £91.62).
I waited 2 weeks for the order as the shipping details stated:
"ORDER TIMES - Goods will be dispatched within 3 to 14 working days from receipt of full payment unless otherwise stated upon ordering. The average delivery time is currently at 5 working days subject to availability. If for any reason this time scale cannot be adhered to, Bathroom Supplies Online will notify you immediately and a revised delivery schedule will be decided. All orders will be sent at our option using the best and most cost effective method."
After 14 days I rang BSO (18/08/12) to ask when my order would be despatched. I was told that an email had been sent on 09/09/12 to tell me there was a delay. I never received one. That said I was happy to wait as I really wanted the items.
A further 2 weeks later (30/08/12) I still hadn't received the items so I sent an email asking Brad if there was any news on my order? I received an email back on 31/08/12 saying I would receive it on Tuesday 4/09/12. Again, I was ok about this.
On Tuesday the package arrived but when I unpacked it one of the items wasn't what I ordered and one was faulty. I immediately sent an email to BSO to let them know about the issues. Surprise, surprise no reply.
I returned the items as why would I want something that I hadn't ordered and keep an item that was faulty?
I had to pay £10.00 to return them....I sent a further email to BSO about being unhappy that they hadn't told me about the exchange and that if I had known I would have cancelled my order.
Surprise, surprise again no reply!
Once I had returned the goods I sent a further email (13/09/12) asking them to confirm that they had received my returned goods and fully refund the costs.
I am truly disappointed with this company.....they lack good customer service when they are clearly in the wrong. A good company with excellent customer service would acknowledge their failings and treat their customers with respect.
If you expect good customer service, do not buy from this company.
If I could have given no stars I would have.
