The website is clear and easy to use and their prices can’t be beaten. I’ve ordered several times now and I’ve been kept up to date with each order. I can to cancel part of an order recently due to a personal error and Brenda from customer service couldn’t have been more helpful. I had already placed an order to fix the mistake over the Christmas period when the office was closed and Brenda was super quick at helping to arrange a refund.
Sarah from customer service assisted me with my query. She was very helpful in resolving such for me. As always, I am a very happy customer. We purchased all our bathroom ware for our new build from bathshack. Will continue to return to the site to purchase any additional items in the future.

No back up customer service
I purchased quite a lot of products off bathshack dublin for my new bathroom, the back up service is appalling, products damaged and all we got are emails from the north of Ireland, nothing resolved, this is going on 2 months if not more, Dave and Yvonne Meath Ireland

It took weeks to arrive!
After I placed my order on 3rd December, it took weeks to arrive. Further I had to chase it up a number of times as well. And finally I was expecting a phone call or an email to arrange a suitable delivery date, which did not happen. However, my order did eventually arrive in perfect condition, but was left with a neighbour!

Probably the worst company ever!!!!
Probably the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of buying from. The day we walked into the shop till the day we finally got the ordered delivered was what could only be called as comical!!
Address was wrong and they was told on several occasions about this but still delivered the goods to the wrong address and whilst on that subject we asked for a quick turnaround on the goods and to the reply was no problem we'll get warehouse to sort that out........ 6 weeks !!!!
Lost the plumber slot and the tiller slot and now it's going to be February at the earliest . We ordered this in October!!
I've phoned customer services several times ( voice mail ) never called me back along with the Ballymena branch to get a refund on certain items and that's three weeks now and still nothing returned to my account or the returned calls not once!!
I wouldn't recommend this company if it was the last bathroom company to be trading on earth!!! HR should be doing us all a favour and having string words with all the staff that work there starting at the top as how on earth does a company perform with such at the helm.

When ordering I double check that it was in stock. It was and said ‘ immediate dispatch’ after 4/5 days I didn’t receive confirmation of it being dispatched I had to get in touch with customer service who then informed me that product was no longer in stock and would not be available until March. Some sooner communication would have been better so I could have had time to shop elsewhere.
