However I have to warn people that the delivery company won't bring anything inside my very heavy shower tray was left propped up on wall outside house. I am a mature lady just moved into a new area had to wait all day for a friend to come and help me bring it in.
14 day returns policy is very restrictive, especially with holidays etc and was out of the country for the majority of this period after receiving a delivery. Upon return home I am advised I am unable to return due to this 14 day period.
Disappointing policy and stance by the company. Unfortunately will not be using again.
Despite seeing some negative reviews I still thought I would give it a go with this company. I found my phone calls were answered very quickly. They were able to deliver on the day I required. Driver arrived in the specified time brilliant. Item was packed well. Many thanks

Extremely poor customer service and just washing their hands of the issue. Purchased shower tray in Jan 2024 and fitted by my bathroom specialist fitter. Last week (Dec), whilst showering, the tray cracked across middle. I immediately contacted Bella entitled "Complaint". They sent a one page form. From that the manufacturer decided there was an issue with how it was fitted and refused to replace. How the heck... I invited Bella to send a technician to my house to inspect - they refused. I asked for my complaint to be escalated to Director - they refused. They said if I wanted to make a complaint then to send one in. But I already had originally made a complaint - email titled "Complaint" - can that be any clearer? I have given them one chance to rectify otherwise going to Trading Standards, Solicitor and Small Claims court if I have to. I would recommend to avoid ordering anything from this company - they don't care about customers when there are issues - and I see I am not the first person to say that.
UPDATE - I have just found out the manufacturer Aquadart went into administration in February 2024. So who are Bella talking to about my shower tray? They have not told me Aquadart have gone into administration. Warning, buy something at your own risk from Bella .......
UPDATE 2 - Aquadart shower manufacturing was transferred into Yorkshire Shower Trays Ltd in Feb 2024. On 4 December 2024, they too went into Administration. So again, who are Bella talking to about my shower tray?
UPDATE 3 - the tray was not fitted incorrectly by our bathroom professional fitters. I have invited you to visit to see for yourself but you have refused, hiding behind your opinion with no fact. And I see that whilst the manufacturer has gone bust you are still selling their items, so more poor customers will be ripped off. I have asked more than once for the Director to contact me which you have again refused.
UPDATE 4 - the tray was fitted flush to the bathroom floor and NOT on legs, which the manufacturer said is an option. If on legs it would have been more susceptible to weakness across the unsupported parts of the tray - but it was flush to the floor so your response makes no sense.
UPDATE 5 - Your curt "The manufacturers have nothing to do with you; your purchase was with us, and we are more than capable of dealing with your issue" does not make sense! On 16th December your Kate said "Thank you for sending this over (the form", I have have sent the information over to the manufacturer, they will look into this and come back to me with a response." So who is she sending it to as the manufacturer is bust, she thinks it is something to do with the manufacturer!
Also, "For complete peace of mind on your purchase, the Aquadart Shower Tray comes supplied with a manufacturer's lifetime guarantee". So the manufacturer is liable and it is to do with them.
Stop trying to get out of your responsibilities.

We are very sorry to hear that the shower tray you purchased has developed a crack. Kate from our customer care team contacted you with a manufacturer fitting form to fill in, and when we received this back, it was very clear that the tray had been fitted incorrectly by you or the plumber you employed.
As a company, we would certainly replace any product that was deemed faulty; however, this isn't the case. The goods have become faulty due to them been fitted incorrectly, Kate has already spoken to you prior to our Christmas holidays.
The manufacturers have nothing to do with you; your purchase was with us, and we are more than capable of dealing with your issue.
The fitting instructions advise 'Cover the base with a full screed of a weak mix of
sand and cement (5:1 ratio) or an alternative cement based tile adhesive'.
On the general checklist that you completed, you state that a 'sealant adhesive' was used. This is not recommended as it allows movement.
Regarding your UPDATE 4 - If you check the instructions sent to you, you will notice it does not say that the tray can be fitted on legs, as the slate effect trays are not recommended for use with a riser kit. I'm not sure which instructions you're looking at.

Your goods were received on 15th November so you had until 29th November to advise us of a return and until 13th December to get the goods back to us. You didn't request a return until 9th December - over a week later than the legal requirements. Our return timescales are in accordance with the law; I'm sorry if this stops you from buying from us again.

I'm sorry your goods didn't reach you as expected. They left us on 5th December on a 24 hour service, so should have been delivered on 6th but I can see that Parcelforce sent a text to you to say the delivery was delayed. We had not been made aware of a delay until we picked up your review.
