I have used Bitiba France for nearly 10 years without any problems. Delivery via GLS was perfect, never any issues.
Since GLS has become Rhenus I have issue after issue. My current delivery, just like another in the past few months, was due 13/5 and today is the 17th and still I have no information when or if they feel like executing the order. Contacted GLS but got only a blabla response, contacted Bitiba who took action immediately but still rely on this useless delivery company.
I will stop buying from Bitiba until they decide to use a reliable transporter.
Now I have to drive 30 minutes to the next supermarket to replenish my pets food! Prices may be compatible but choice of transporter is below acceptable.
