Bad product, even worse customer service
Exactly the same issue as others are having: Bad quality product sent for repair and got stuck at UPS. One BOSE agent says it is received, another agent week later says it is still in transport. No one knows, no one cares. What a service from BOSE that was supposed to be a premium brand. NEVER AGAIN I WILL BUY BOSE CRAPPY PRODUCTS
UPDATE 2025.01.16: 2 months since sending faulty product, not fixed yet. Customer service keep repeating the same: "you are right, we understand your frustration, we will escalate your case". NOTHING IS ACTUALLY BEING FIXED.
