Canon Promotion - Not Fulfilled

Canon had a cash back Campaign and they could not fulfil it.

On November 27 2024, my cashback promotion was approved, I was supposed to receive a physical gift card, however I have not received the gift card till date.

I am unable to speak to anyone in the promotions team as they “don’t have a phone” and I have sent several emails requesting a track and trace, which they reply with an “acknowledgment” and no action or comprehension of the issue that I did not receive my order and wanted it to be tracked and traced.

Such a disappointment and displeasure to deal with.

The customer service has really got me to never recommend Canon to anyone!

Don't bother with their cashback…

Don't bother with their cashback promotions, all you will get back from canon NZ is frustration and the run-around. Will never buy another canon camera again. Complaint still not resolved, quick to offer non-existing promotions then give all the excuses under the sun when confronted.
