The transfer was perfect because of our cab driver Miguel. The drive was sa

Im so happy to highly recommend Destinia.com after my first time booking with them. I’m UK based so was a little concerned to be using a Spanish company to book the hotel I specifically wanted when others seemed to have no availability. Their website was very easy to use and the whole process fast and efficient when it came to my confirmation. I’ll definitely be using this company again. A great overall experience. Thank you Destinia!

Best to deal with when an itinerary is interrupted

My itinerary was interrupted and Destinia did the best they could to save me from massive loses. They even called me, twice, after they could not get me for the first time.
I believe the site and service is totally trustworthy, irrespective of what some reviewers may say. I say so because, they don't know me as a person, so they response to my situation was not personal, but professional. I can, therefore, expect it can be extended to any other client. Keep up guys!

worst of the worst/scam

worst
Worst company ever. We arrived at Sharm el sheikh at out hotel at 11pm and were told that we don't have a room as the hotel is fully booked. No notice or update from Destinia and we only found out on arrival at the hotel. We called Destinia and our worst nightmare was confirmed. As Sharm el sheikh was fully booked, they could not arrange another room for us either. We had a 3 year old and a 4 year old and were homeless for the night in a foreign country. All they offered was to call back tomorrow to see if they could arrange a room and even that they didn't do. Ruined our holiday. Absolutely shocking, unprofessional, fraudulent and Heartless company ever

I booked through Destinia and the room…

I booked through Destinia and the room wasn't available, they refunded me but minus £5 due to 'currency conversion'. They then refused to pay me the £5 difference, so I'm out of pocket for their mistake.

Destinia is a scam

Destinia is a scam. It doesn't have any legal contact or contract with the properties they are advertising. The have advitised a property for the past 3 months as full booked although it wasn't and the owner had no idea or any contract with them. When I contacted them they don't answer emails and in their telephone I end up in answering machine with non-English. They use chat GPT chat to answer the chat. STAY AWAY.

Good Price

Good Price. Paypal payment. We checked in without a-do 4 hours prior to the official check-in time. Our hotel is alright. We did book it functionally, not for a marvelous hotel experience. Our aim was simple: safe, relatively clean and on-budget sleeping place for our 4 day stay in BCN. And it checks all boxes. Its an older hotel, we paid 280 euro for 3 nights/2 pax/1 bedroom with balcony and bath. Important note: It is the time of Mercé in BCN, hotels not cheap, so we were really lucky. Besides: our expectations are very realistic when it comes to booking a hotel 2.6 km from Main Square in Barcelona for 83€ / night, come ooooon! All fine, would book again 😄 plus: the gym has all necessary tools for a good 40-minute pump.

Top class service (plus great prices). Will definitely use again.

We could not book 3 rooms directly with the hotel we wanted to stay at and other booking sites just don't seem to be set up for this.

Destinia made it easy to book several rooms. There was an issue with the booking (pretty sure it was my fault) and customer services sorted it out promptly and with no fuss.

We then had to cancel the 2nd night at the booked hotel because they had shut the onsite facilities and it was 25 miles to the nearest anything else. Long story short, the hotel then tried to deny an already agreed refund, but Destinia chased and chased this, eventually getting our money back a few months later.

Top class service (plus great prices). Will definitely use again.

!Scammers!Be warned and don’t reserve through Destinia. Save yourself the frustration don’t say I didn’t warn you

this company or scammers they make reservations at the requested hotel and will tell you the reservation is confirmed weeks in advance and then suddenly last minute they change the reservation to a different hotel or simply it may not exist and your left stranded in a foreign country telling you is out of their control. We will see what the state attorney thinks of Destinia. This deceptive company should not be doing business in the USA.
